“The flowers were pretty much what the picture showed, once we assembled them in the right vase. The product I ordered wasn't in the 'Letter Box' category on the site, so I was surprised and a little disappointed when they came in a box. Also, I ended up being in the 6% next-day delivery the site does warn about, even though I ordered 3 days before. They still look good after a couple of days, though. :)”

“Lovely flowers, only issue was they were left on the doorstep open to the elements and not put through the letterbox. I knew no one was going to be in which was why I went for the letterbox flowers. Couldnt understand why when we have had them posted before.”

“Good tracking process which showed me Royal Mail had sent to the wrong depot so the flowers arrived about 3 days late. However you had an easy reorder so another set of flowers sent using I think DPD.”

“I had no difficulty ordering the flowers and they were delivered on time. However, I would just mention that, although the courier delivered the bouquet to the place requested, I received no photographic confirmation as is usually the case and a card was not left at the property to say the order had been delivered as the recipient was out. They did not discover the flowers until the following day. The flowers do not seem to have been adversely affected by being kept in the box for an extra day, but it would have been much more helpful if the delivery driver had left a note for the recipients. This will not stop me from using Bloom & Wild again, but thought it worth mentioning.”

“The flowers are lovely and all of the roses came out completely and are still in bloom. It as partiiculy good, at the time of ordering to be advised that the flowers would would be delivered the next day between 8 and 9 and not have wait around for emails on the day.”
