“Unfortunately the flowers arrived a day late, I hadn't read the details properly , you need to pay a premium for a confirmed date so my fault. The correspondence was very efficient and responses were received quickly. I would use them again but in the knowledge the delivery date is not guaranteed. The fact the flowers were delayed by Royal Mail did not impact the condition of them fortunately.”

“Great selection of bouquets and gifts to choose from. Ordering process easy to follow. The only negative for me is the amount of emails received since I ordered. All emails have offers that last a day or two. I ordered for a special occasion, I have no-one else to send flowers to at this time otherwise I would have placed the orders at the same time. Too many emails.”

“The flowers I am sure were lovely . My only disappointment was that you were unable to deliver on the day requested. As I know your flowers are so good ,I agreed to your sending them on the Friday after the chosen Tuesday date . Maybe it was because the order was very soon after new Year!”

“Efficient timing of delivery but courier didn't leave a note (as my sister in law wasn't in) saying they had delivered a package. It was so well hidden my recipient didn't know a (surprise) delivery was made. She only found out when I hadn't heard from her for 4 days and asked her if she received anything. Fortunately it was not fresh flowers so not so perishable and she did find the package. As it was a token gift in rememberance of the anniversary of her husband (my brothers) death, I was a bit disappointed she didn't see it until a number of days later. I think the courier company need to be reminded that a note should always be left to say they have been. I have used Bloom & Wild a few times and generally find them very good. I like the fact that there are a variety of gifts they offer and at reasonable prices.”
