“Pleased with ordering, tracking and delivery etc. Although I know they arrive in bud, thought the picture sent by the recipient didn't show the same colour selection. They were still very pleased with though.”

“Ordering was simple. I chose a beautiful bouquet for my sister who lives 360 miles away, so when your company said that they could deliver the flowers the next day I was very pleased as my sister was ill. Unfortunately the flowers arrived too late and she had been admitted to hospital. So I was upset and I have no idea what happened to the flowers, so cannot comment on what they were like. ☹️.”

“Granny pleased with purchase but did report some gel had got into the flowers. As this was a gift and she was elderly, I couldn’t see the flowers. She reported she wiped off the gel. I was a bit worried that had spoiled the bouquet.”

“The ordering was very simple and even allowed me to change the delivery date and address after ordering. The choice of flowers is great and having received some a a gift I have been very impressed with the quality. I have one reservation which prevented me from giving 5 stars and that was value for money with the bright blooms bouquet which I ordered. The description stated that there would only be 9 stems and the stems would only be 30cms in length but I was quite disappointed with them when they actually arrived. I understand it is your least expensive posy and part of the price is to cover postage and packing but the value of the flowers cannot have been more than £2. I’m just pleased I sent them to myself before ordering for my mother in law as a gift as I think she would have been disappointed. I’m sorry to leave a negative comment and I’m sure the other slightly more expensive bouquets will be fine but I was just underwhelmed with this particular delivery.”

“Flowers were lovely and beautifully wrapped. Easy to use website and good tracking of order. However next time I would the guaranteed postage and not the standard postage (think it’s Royal Mail) as the flowers arrived a day late for my friend’s birthday.”

“The ordering process was fine. I cannot comment on the product itself as I sent it as a gift so you need to ask the recipient! I had feedback about how lovely the packaging was but that the flowers were in tight bud.”

“Not used Bloom & Wild before. Flowers were for my wife and she is delighted with them - so far after 4 x days they still look fresh. Although in the hands of the Post Office I was hoping the actual delivery to arrive earlier in the day.”
