“The flowers were rather disappointing and didn't really resemble the picture online. when they arrived they were wilting and very sad looking. However my complaint was handled speedily and efficiently.”

“I have spoken to the lady that I sent the flowers too and she was very happy with the bouquet.It took 24hrs to bloom up from the box but the flowers have lasted for approx a week”

“Beautiful, I usually receive letterbox flowers. When I bought last week all I wanted was a basic order with card and message without all the signing in password etc but you need to go through so many hoops to get that. A single phone call with details suits me better.”

“Ordering process was simple with plenty of price options. My only disappointment was with the delivery, which I know sits with royal mail. The package was left in a cupboard without a note informing the recipient that it was in there, so they didn’t find them for 2 days!”

“I was initially disappointed that the flowers I ordered did not reach their intended recipient, especially as they were meant for a colleague retiring after many years in education. However, I was very pleased with how Bloom & Wild handled the situation. Their customer service was responsive, understanding, and efficient in resolving the issue, which I truly appreciated.”

“Fell out of love with B&W after a couple of bad experiences with some poor quality flowers both sent to me and some that I sent. However have been using again recently as so easy to order and some good deals and everything seems to be back on track. Love the letterbox flowers as you can surprise the recipient without worrying if they will be in 👍😁”

“Easy to order and delivery was brilliant. An improvement would be, it may exist and I didn’t notice, if you could select flowers you don’t want. So you could choose an arrangement without roses and you then get shown those selections. Other than that first world problem, it was a really good purchase. The recipient likes them too.”

“This review is for the flowers I received from a family as well as flowers I sent to a friend. The flowers I received from my family member were really lovely. They did come in bud and eventually most of them blossomed with the odd one or two staying in bud. With the ones I sent to a friend. I was a little worried that I received a message around midnight the day before delivery to say they were on their way. That worried me as this meant they would have been lying somewhere all night as they only arrived at my friend late afternoon the following day. She said they were lovely but when I saw a photo I thought they could have blossomed a little more but maybe they did in the days to follow.”
