“I sent these flowers for a very special occasion - to my mother in law on my late husbands birthday. The ordering was very easy and the flowers are lovely. My only quibble would be that they did not arrive until after 5pm and it would have been lovely if she could have received these much earlier in the day.”

“Let down by deliveries via Royal Mail 3 recent deliveries to friends tossed in hedges and bins no notes left and recipients in any way! At least Amazon left mine on doorstep but no bell rung”

“The order process was easy. The courier left the flowers at the front door on a main road which were obviously stolen. However, I appreciate that this wasn’t your fault. Customer services were super helpful and arranged a repeat delivery. Thank you”

“Flowers arrived a day late after I contacted to say they hadn't arrived .. was dealt with brilliantly.. with a complimentary order sent out to arrive the next day .. with a lovely box of complimentary truffles The recipient said flowers were beautiful and loved them ... overall I would certainly recommend to anyone ... and customer service was second to none... Will definitely be using the company again .. thank you .. Bloom and Wild ...”

“Easy to order and pay, good communication delivery on time! The only thing as they didn’t go through letter box they never put a card to say where they were, so didn’t get them untill I called to ask if they had received them so spoilt the suprise.”

“Delighted with flowers and prompt delivery. Unfortunately the card was missing and the recipient had to contact Bloom and Wild to find out who they were from. However this would not put me off using them again.”

“top marks for successfully delivering to student accommodation (could have been tricky) and on the required day. Letterbox flowers nice, though the 'shorter stems' option looked a bit sparse compared to some of the other options that were only a few pounds more, but I didn't want to risk it on a potentially problematic delivery”

“My friend spoke to a member of the team as there were stems missing in the delivery. She was told I would be emailed but to date have not heard from yourselves. She was disappointed. I also couldn’t find anywhere to leave a message on the ordering page.”
