The flowers arrived looking limp and sad, but revived after 3 hours, now look OK.

The flowers, as always, were fabulous but Royal Mail did not post the ‘letterbox’ flowers through the door meaning my elderly relative had to made a journey to the depot for collection.

Beautiful flowers, great package. I'm taking away 2 stars for delivery. The flowers weren't delivered on the specific date and the courier failed to call the receiver, just left the package in front of the apartment complex the next day.

Madeleine The flowers I have received and sent using Bloom and Wild have been beautiful. However my disappointment is around the Royal Mail delivery service as having sent four hand tied bouquets in January to friends/family only one delivery was made on the date I requested. Bloom and Wild have been excellent in refunding me on one of the occasions but sadly thats not the point I need to be able to rely on delivery when requested. I picked up from the tracking service that the delivery was sent to the wrong delivery office yesterday. It is now saying that it has been sent to Bristol MC! Sorry to be so negative - this has nothing to do with the quality of flowers provided but if there is a delay in receipt it isbound to have an impact.

Flowers were lovely. But the delivery service was late and the shop was closed when they were delivered cause the surprise to be spoilt

While choice, ordering and delivery were of a good standard We were really disappointed that two stems were broken. This must-have happened in packaging and could have been replaced at the time ! We would consider not using your services again . Anthony

There are times when your blooms delivered are not of the best quality & don’t last very long. I had some delivered this Christmas which were lovely.

I ordered two deliveries, both for the same day. One arrived and the flowers were lovely and even better after 2 days, when the flowers bloomed. Unfortunately, the second delivery did not arrive until 2 days later, so the flowers were late and missed the birthday. The delivery date was a Saturday so because Royal Mail don’t deliver on a Sunday they were not delivered until the Monday. I did receive a £5 voucher from B and W but it doesn’t make up for the late birthday gift 😞

I was disappointed they were ment to be delivered 4th Jan. I understand that was only 90%. The flowers didn't get delivered 2days after. On the 6th Jan.

Flowers not received as expected, due to Royal Mail failing to deliver had to reschedule only date available is a week late, flowers will probably have died by this time. Not happy with the carriers

The flowers were lovely and delivered in time with a confirmation email. However, they were left in my aunt’s bin, no delivery note was left and they were only found the next day following my enquiry.
