Have had excellent service up to now but on this occasion disappointed... no plant food enclosed or card that I had written to the recipient... no response to chat or email sent either.

The flowers were beautiful and came wonderfully presented. The reason I give three stars is because although I followed the instructions changing the water after three days and using the plant food, the flowers barely lasted 5 days. Maybe I am expecting too much? If that is the case then I would give these a 4 star review

Flowers arrived as scheduled but needed to be sprayed to perk them up, looked a little sorry when boxed initially opened

Hi Jane, We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery and its first impressions. The nature of letterbox flowers means that we intentionally send the majority of our stems dry and in bud, as they travel much better this way. It also ensures that the bouquet will have a longer vase life as the flowers transform from bud to full bloom over the next few days. As the care instructions suggest, the stems just need to be trimmed diagonally and re-hydrated in the vase with the flower food provided, in order to reach their full potential like the website photo. However if the bouquet has not picked up after 48hours do drop us an email via hello@bloomandwild.com and we can look into this further for you.

Valentine's flowers delightful. DPD delivery abysmal. Paid £6 extra for Saturday delivery Finally arrived Monday after two trips to Liverpool before reaching destination in Ipswich!!!?

Used to love B&W but recent deliveries disappointing. At start of my subscription bouquets were lovely. Realise times are hard, but photos of bouquets now show v sparse bunches, and my last 2 deliveries (subscription) have been sub standard. Some flowers never opened & v little foliage. I've had no quibble refunds but I'd rather have nice bouquet even if at lower end of the £ range. Perhaps this is only subscriptions or the cheaper bouquets but its put me off ordering in future.

A very nice selection of flowers for the Spring Scents bouquet. However, the condition of some of the flowers was a bit disappointing. Most picked up with feed and water but a couple remained sad. Whilst this was a letterbox delivery, they were left on the front doorstep without the guy ringing or knocking to let us know. Leaving the bulbs on the tulips was a great idea. So, overall, a bit disappointing given the pictorial representation.

Ordering, delivery etc easy and efficient. Unfortunately I wasn’t overly impressed with the tulips. They were incredibly drooped on arrival, they picked up but were very open and almost past they’re best. I’d expected the buds to be closed tightly on delivery and for them to open up. I was quite disappointed with their quality

I’ve been using Bloom and Wild for the last 12 months and I’ve always been happy with the service they provide. Their bouquets have always arrived on time and looking every bit as good as the pictures on their app. That was until yesterday. The flowers I order for Valentines Day were different from the ones I ordered. There was a note in the box explaining that the flowers I should have received weren’t ready so they had to be replaced. The bouquet that arrived looked quite different to what I had ordered and several of the stems were damaged and had to be discarded. I’ve been very happy with B&W in the past but this has been a really disappointing experience given the importance of the day. I get the impression that they had to sacrifice quality of service to meet the quantity of orders they had received. The flowers I received definitely weren’t worth the £58 that I paid. I would use B&W in the future but not for big holidays like Valentines Day.

My friend was delighted with her flowers. Unfortunately they were delivered 3 days later than I had hoped for. It would be better if on the site they said the date I had chosen was undeliverable.

It’s great to get flowers by post and I chose a seasonal selection. The quality of the flowers was disappointing for the cost though.

Sadly, received substituted flowers in the package that did not replace the expected in colour and made it very dull and ordinary, not worth the money.

Flowers were lovely. Couldn't fault them. Shame I had to chase up the candle that wasn't delivered with them. Candle came in the post about a week later and wasn't that great anyway.

I have already sent an email to say I was a little disappointed with the pink lilies in the Ash letterbox arrangement. Previously you sent me an email to say the pink lilies would be replaced by beautiful white lilies. When I phoned to discuss I was told they were packed and ready for dispatch.

App was fast and easy to use. Delivery delayed in post due to snow- disappointed with the flowers, they don’t look like the ‘February pic of the month’ should be more lilac/purple colours; and they are wilted.

Yes, the flowers are beautiful and Abundant, were delivered promptly and in very good condition. The downside is that I felt slightly hoodwinked over the discount offered for the initial purchase of one order and not offered for the second offer. I also joined the app’ in order to purchase the second order with a promise of a discount which didn’t happen either. Shame really because this felt slightly dishonest.

Was a bit disappointed at the flowers my recipient received. They did not look as full as the photo on website and was not what I had expected given the price. Bottle of Champagne was nice.

Somewhat disappointed as delivery delayed by 2days which missed the occasion despite original delivery date availability appearing clear when ordering. The product needed some TLC as delay may have caused wilting.

Ordered a midrange bouquet for friends birthday. Ordered it three days before. Arrived 5pm on birthday but DPD delivery left it outside house. No card was put through door. Therefore flowers left out in rain all night. I complained. Full refund given. Great customer service however. Would be reluctant to use again because of delivery letdown. The flowers however are lovely which is a shame.
