Usually love these flowers through the letterbox. But my last delivery were a bit underwhelming for the price I paid.

Tried B&W instead of Interflora delivered a day later than asked for. When flowers arrived some of the heads were off and they were squashed together not sure if I’d use again unfortunately

Really happy with the delivery and the service but unfortunately, after just a few days the flowers have begun to die despite being fed and watered.

I was disappointed with this bunch of flowers they didn’t look like the photo. They were a gift for my daughter. Please take a look at the photo and compare with what is on your web site imagery.

I assume that your delivery was made, as the courier left a picture. I do not know the person whom I sent the gift to, as it was a Thankyou for her and her team. I think you should consider changing your courier.

I have just received a birthday delivery, so disappointed, stems broken despite being in nets, freesias also snapped and small stems. Having placed many orders and received as many deliveries. Sadly the quality and value for money is no longer what it was.

I wanted to try Bloom & Wild as I’d received from them recently. Not a wide choice although I like that they arrive so closed and are very reasonably priced - much more than in local florists. My only real bug bear was the duration of delivery. Admittedly it was around the Easter weekend but I ordered them on the Thursday 1st and they didn’t weren’t able to deliver them till Wednesday 7th.

Normally I am sending flowers from B&W so do not really know what they are like, although recipients sound grateful and ordering is easy. But for Mothers' Day I usually receive a bunch of B&W. This is probably an exceptionally busy time for you but I was a little disappointed this year: stems of two roses were broken half way down, snapdragons were rather sad and didn't quite recover and the greenish (unknown to me) foliage was also sad and had to be thrown out after two days. But the alstroemerias were lovely when they eventually opened and I have one bloom still with daffodils and foliage from the garden - at Easter! This probably sounds very carping and it isn't meant to be. I was still pleased to be sent flowers and am good at following your instructions. But perhaps you need to know that your flowers aren't always up to your high standard.

Underwhelmed by last delivery of regular flowers. Poor selection which mainly lasted only a few days, tulips a bit longer and will plant the bulbs. Expensive for a disappointing delivery and unlike my experience over the past year.

I have received Bloom and Wild flowers on two occasions and with both bouquets I have found them to be rather bland in colour, especially the wild selection, which I appreciate, at this time of year there aren't a lot of wild flowers about naturally, and considering the price of them, I didn't feel that special warmth I normally get with flowers.

Five stars for the flowers I sent two different letterbox flowers to my daughters they loved them. I have taken two stars off as I made a mistake with one address putting 123 instead of 103 and unfortunately this couldn’t be resolved so took a lot of sorting my end to ensure they eventually made it to correct address would definitely use again and will double check delivery details next time .

Mother was happy with the flowers she received through the post and there were some good detailed instructions on how to arrange and care for them. I however, felt they were a little pricey for what she got.
