I bought flowers for my mums birthday. I thought the options were limited and quite expensive. I selected one within my budget. When it arrived they looked a little underwhelming. I have received Bloom and Wild flowers before and they were fine, so thats what I was expecting. As the days went on the flowers began to look alive and in full bloom like the website photo. They also stayed fresh looking for over a week.

First time I've used Bloom&Wild ....... Not the best experience, my.mum received the wrong flowers with somebody else's card & message ! Disappointed & upset as due to.tje current climate I've not seen my mum.for months, however the lovely lady at Bloom&Wild admitted a packaging/labelling error and has re sent my bouquet with the correct card/message for the very next day, also said mum should keep the flowers that had been delivered in error ..... Very happy with outcome.

Good professional ordering and processing however I feel the flowers I ordered for my daughter in law were not worth the money that I paid. I choose this site on reading the reviews. I was disappointed when she sent me a photo of the bunch that arrived. I understand that the flowers on your site are photographed with the correct lighting etc and the flowers I requested were in bud but for £45 including post I felt the flowers that arrived did not reflect the bunch that arrived. I am not a measly woman I enjoy treating the members of my family often and I understand flowers are more expensive at this time of year but this is a true review of my opinion of the flowers that were sent. Would I use this site again, mmmmm maybe not.

Ordered for next day, took 2 days. Buds had already dropped from plant. Not all down to Bloom & Wild the Royal Mail also at fault

The flowers arrived on time and most of them were in good condition but one of the rose stems was broken which was rather disappointing

I have used Bloom and Wild on a number of occasions now and until the last order I made I have been delighted with them. Sadly the last order I made which I think was for Robin and a vase or Holly and a vase (I can't quite remember) was a huge disappointment in that the flowers only lasted a few days unlike all the other flowers I have ordered which lasted for ages.

Arrived perfectly on time. The flowers are stunning, but unfortunately they haven’t lasted as long as anticipated. Which is a shame. As would have definitely recommended to others. Rob

Really lovely colour your own Christmas tree decoration kit. Just a shame that the stickers for the “pot” clearly hadn’t been tested as they do not stick at all and end up looking a real mess! This product was either rushed into production or they simply didn’t care to spend a bit more on sticky stickers. Would have been better without any at all. Otherwise a nice activity for kids!

I thought ordering was easy but despite allowing extra day to arrive the flowers were a day late by my understanding. I also thought they should have been in a vase but that was not the case .The flowers in my opinion were poor for the money .When I e mailed to complain , was informed I was wrong about delivery and vase so on reflection ordering was not that simple !!

I'm ever so sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your bloom and wild delivery! Although very reliable, our free Royal Mail delivery service is not a guaranteed next day delivery - but we do offer assured next day delivery with DPD at checkout too for those special occasions! We do offer our selection of bouquets with vases as addons, or without vases - ever so sorry this was missed. I took a chance when I saw the generous offer of £10 off flowers and the gorgeous pictures of the flowers that would be sent. However the flowers that arrived were a disappointment. Maybe it’s me but the example picture that I chose did not arrive. Some flowers still attached to bulbs according to the recipient and she sent me photos so I could see. So all in all we were both disappointed.

We're ever so sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your blooms! Our blooms do arrive "sleeping" so they may need a couple of days to bloom as those on our site. We've also been sending our tulips with their bulbs on so that they can get to the recipient safely, and last longer in the vase - and they can even be cut off and planted so you can grow your own tulips! Of course, if you or the recipient are still unhappy with your blooms, do pop us an email at hello@bloomandwild.com and we would love to put this right :)

Flowers arrived a day late after a card from the Post Office was put through the wrong address the previous day. My friend only actually got the flowers as her postman got them and dropped thrm off after he had finished his round. Flowers were nice bit understandably thirsty. I chose your company as the flowers looked lovely and liked the idea that the flowers would be posted through the letterbox as I have had previous bad experiences with flowers not being delivered and sent to the wrong address. I give 3 stars as the flowers arrived and were nice but took off 2 stars for the poor delivery service. If the neighbour had not taken the card to my friend and the postman had not gone above and beyond, the flowers would not have arrived.

I did not see the flowers personally,but my cousin who I sent them too sent me a picture of them.She was pleased at the surprise, but the photo she sent didn't look to me that there were many flowers in the bunch. On a positive note they arrived on time on the right day.

This was my first order with this company, I chose it after reading the favourable reviews. The flowers arrived on the right day, my sister-inlaw sent me a photo of the flowers. I was dissappointed that the flowers didnt look like the picture on the website. The flowes were nice but there were no seed heads and dark red coloured leaves that made the Hazel special.

I found out after flowers didn't arrive, that the B&W web site says there is a 90% chance flowers will arrive on the day you select.

Ordering was fairly simple but when I tried to include added extras the site would only allow one item. I wanted champagne and a vase but this proved impossible so it was flowers and champagne only. The flowers were lovely but the some never perked up and about a third of the roses started to die after 2 days. I am disappointed as I have used the company previously with much better outcomes.
