Hi Lucy The flowers would have been beautiful if they had arrived on time. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered them the day after requested and the leaves were brown and dry and the blooms withered. They were for my late husband’s birthday and I was disappointed as they arrived late and not in the usual perfect condition. Kind regards Angela Lander

Ordering was fine no problems and flowers arrived as arranged, however, the picture the recipient sent me of the flowers I was not that happy with for the money they cost, expected better !!

Just the received third delivery of a set of three and very disappointed as bunch really not up to the standard of previous two and several broken off flower heads in the box. Shame as buy often and this is the first dud.

Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Sat 16th, but not delivered till Mon 18th. However they were still fresh, but not in bud form as had left you on Thursday 15th. They were lovely though, and my friend was delighted. I don't think they would've lasted as long. Regards, Marian

Well as a 'birthday special' it was just 'meh' Tiny roses on a small plant in a canvas bag. Small chocolate bar, interesting plastic bottle of Rosé. My fault, should have looked at the images on the website more carefully and should have gone for a large tied bouquet. But it arrived on time.

Great flowers according to the recipients, but no response to why the advertised 20%CODE B&W stayed was available to use that day. That was in fact my reason for using this company over others I frequently use. I sent an email to the customer service team which they have still not responded to 5 days later.

I have already complained about the delivery of my flowers to myself with bulbs attached to the tulips and no instructions, very poor white roses and the blue flower died very soon. Altogether a disappointing experience and with a three month subscription I am hoping for a more interesting bundle in two weeks time Caroline Borg

I ordered a bouquet for the first time for one of my oldest school friends. The flowers arrived in great time exactly on the day requested. I had regular communication on purchase to delivery. It was faultless. Only issue was the wrong bouquet selection arrived. However I queried this and had an amazing key quick response with a full credit paid onto my Bloom & Wils account. Very impressed ...will still use again.

Great idea and easy to order flowers. I needed the flowers to be sent the next day, so I selected that option though at the end of the transaction the date shown was a day late.

Purchased some letterbox Flowers but the Royal Mail didn't post them and they got sent back to depo, resulting in them being in the box to long. Customer services were great and offered a refund but defeats the purpose of letterbox flowers. won't use that option again.

I was very disappointed as flowers where for a special birthday and as you used Royal Mail instead of a courier they did not arrive until day after birthday at midday which was very upsetting and disappointing.I suggest if it’s a birthday you use a courier instead of Royal Mail which would probably be more reliable .

We do try to make it clear during the ordering process and in the confirmation email that there is a 10% chance our free deliver service may take an extra day. Customer support was good, prompt & polite. However, the bunch of flowers ordered were not particularly 'fresh' which was a real shame as they were an 80th b/day gift. This has put us off ordering again via any mail order company.

I was introduced to bloom and wild by my friend. She sent me some Lovely flowers for my birthday and i really loved them. I have since placed a few orders for myself and as a gift for others and I have to say that I have been disappointed as the flowers that get delivered aren’t always what’s in the picture. And unless you order two boxes of the same bunch, the quantity that you get for the price that you pay is not satisfactory. I think customers should be contacted in advance if flowers in the bunch have to be replaced due to unavailability. I love the concept of learning how to cut and arrange flowers but if I’m honest I have brought better and bigger bunches from shops such as Aldi. I will continue to use bloom & wild but it will not be my first choice.

Generally good, but a bit awkward when ordering more than one bunch of flowers. The normal already learnt concept of a basket didnt seem to flow the same

I’ve sent via you many, many times but a rare gift to me arrived today from my cousin and it looks as if it’s been hanging around for a while. Very droopy! Bit disappointed on her behalf tbh. Such a shame. Usually have v positive experience.
