“Viewed blooms sent 9 days ago and they were finished , looked terrible . Have used several times before and never been disappointed but have been this time. Recpient has had them before so was very surprised that not at all usual standard.”

“I received flowers from B and W last week and they were fabulous after a couple of days. A good friend was then having a not so good time so I sent her the same flowers I was sent. Brilliant easy website. Then amazingly I was sent another smaller bunch this week. Beautiful flowers and packed perfectly.”

“I sent a postal bouquet to a friend who was poorly, the flowers looked a little sad on arrival but she followed the instructions and a couple of hours later they had recovered. The following day, they looked beautiful and the smell was amazing! I’ll definitely be using Bloom and Wild again.”

“I was very disappointed with the bouquet bought for our anniversary from my husband. They didn't bloom and looked floppy and sad. Some were dead. However a second bouquet was sent as a replacement and they appear a lot better. Thank you.”

They are well packaged and come with instructions on how to wake them up and how to care for them, and when they bloom they are stunning! “The range of flowers / bouquets you offer is excellent. I recently ordered a letterbox Christmas tree and my niece loved it. However, I was recently gifted a letterbox bouquet - the flowers were of poor quality and barely lasted 3 days before having to throw them away. It made me worry about the bouquets I have sent in the past in case they were of similar poor quality and the person I gifted them to was too embarrassed to say anything.”

“Incredibly disappointed after purchasing a boutique for my other half’s 25th. Opened to find half the flowers were either wilted or squashed. Ruined which otherwise would have been a lovely start to her birthday. Real shame as I’ve used Bloom & Wild for years and yet feel really let down by the poor quality this time.”
