“I always find the service very reliable. I like the way that when I order, my order is tracked along the way, and I am then notified when it has been delivered to the intended recipient. The flowers are very fresh and usually last for a long time.”

“I have sent flowers through Bloom and Wild quite a few times now and always been very happy with the service. On this occasion, there was a problem with Royal Mail delivering the order, but I didn’t have to wait to find this out - I was contacted by the customer delight team straight away. We exchanged a few emails over the course. Sadly the flowers did not survive the delay in the heat, but a replacement was sent to compensate and the recipient was delighted with them! The team were amazing and could not have been more helpful. I can see why they are called the customer delight team - huge thanks to them!”

“My sister messaged me after i had sent her a bouquet. She said that a few of the flower stems were broken, this is most dissapointing as it was for her birthday, I wonder whether you could re deliver, with a fresher, undamaged bouquet as soon as possible please”
