“Always beautiful blooms and very considerate of how many of each flower are included. My family live far apart so we use bloom and wild a lot. Sometimes I find the pricing is a bit high but I can't fault the attention to detail.”

“Everything worked fine, except the delivery day was scheduled for saturday and not eventually made until the Monday. it is understood that nobody was at the property to receive on the Saturday, but what was missing was the communication from your company telling me of that fact. i had to track via Royal Mail but it is your company that I contract with, not them.”

“I use Bloom and Wild iften and I am happy with the flowers. However I have noticed if I order in advance for a specific occasion they have not always arrived on time. It is very disappointing when you plan ahead. It seems to be better if you order closer to the delivery date. My last set of flowers did not arrive but they were replaced - unfortunately it meant they were late.”

“Quality and presentation of the flowers were very good. Not sure I like the box presentation instead of a ‘bouquet’ but understand the practicality. As said, shame the flowers arrived a day earlier as this detracted from the event but had good explanation. All I all a very good service”

“If a bunch of flowers are ordered, this seems to be the best mode of delivery, and of course in some instances more expensive If ordered box flowers, the quality is poor and flowers on occassion have died a day after delivery or in the box”

“Cannot comment on the flowers as they were sent by post but the recipient did say they looked dead when opened but revived to a beautiful bunch once placed in water. They were very pleased with them”

“I have used B&W for a few years now and only once been disappointed. I still have some tulips growing in our garden, which had been sent as flowers with the bulbs attached, to me for a birthday gift three years ago. They were difficult to accommodate in a vase but have since bloomed every year in the garden. Maybe try that again?”

“My daughter in law was delighted with the flowers I'd ordered to celebrate the beginning of her Maternity Leave. They arrived a day earlier than requested but luckily someone was at home to receive them....they weren't letter box" flowers. I would order from Bloom and Wild again but I would phone to confirm delivery next time. The flowers were beautiful and very fresh.”

“Ordering was easy, flowers were good quality but delivery was poor via royal mail. Flowers were left behind bin where person could not see them and no delivery note left through the letter boc”

“Hi Kirsty I found the website fairly easy but I missed the place to write my message unfortunately… and the flowers that arrived were completely different in colour to those I chose on the website… there may have been an option to choose but if there was I missed that too … I’m not new to online shopping or online flower shopping but on reflection I was a little disappointed… The flowers were left outside as my friend was out”
