“Not for the first time, flowers were delivered to the wrong place. A few days later they were found, stuffed into some railings and in bad condition. Customer Relations offered to send a replacement bunch, I accepted, but it didn't happen.”

“I've been using bloom&wild for several years now, and have almost never been disappointed. (if there was any difficulty it was with the delivery end of the transaction : the actual flowers have always been gorgeous!)
