Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in your order. I completely understand that the mini tree was for a special gift and how frustrating this can be. Looking at the tracking information of the replacement, I can see that this has since been delivered. “The whole website experience is generally very good, with a wide choice of beautiful bouquets and plants and nice extra add ons. The vases, in particular, are beautiful but personally I do feel some are rather expensive (B&W take note), if added on to a premium bouquet. I often find that Bloom & Wild arrangements are either prettier in their rustic simplicity or just more wow, when comparing with other main competitors. I find the colour combinations are just gorgeous and over the past two years, I have found myself choosing Bloom & Wild for my arrangements and plants to send to loved ones. I've, repeatedly, chosen the Liberty bouquets, beautifully wrapped in Liberty floral paper with Liberty card, for the wow factor, together with other amazing arrangements and every time the recipients have been delighted, so that makes me happy. Finally, I would also like to say, that for me, customer services have always been brilliant, should I need them to sort any queries out and there is even a UK phone number to call to speak to a real person, although the chat service is also good and can be quicker. So, personally, I have a great deal of confidence in this company and can recommend them.”

“Super easy to choose and order online with a step by step approach to choosing the gift then card, adding a message and choosing your recipient and date to send. There's a lot of choice of gifts. The flowers come nicely wrapped with details of how to arrange and they look great a few days later when they've opened up. Company is easy to deal with. Only place I use to order online flowers.”

“. Great choice of trees and the package arrived promptly. The tree,soil, moss, lights and baubles are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. As everything is laid out flat it is very easy to follow the instructions on how to assemble the contents and create a perfect miniature Christmas tree.”
