The flowers were apparently super, unfortunately the recipient couldn't find the chosen card and birthday tidings from myself and my wife, so didn't know who the flowers were from, until contacted by us. Is there a special place in the box for greetings cards? If so and hidden by packing, probably thrown away with the box container. Hey Ho, better luck next time.

I sent 2 bouquets in the last week. The first, the ‘Anna’ bouquet was lovely and arrived when it was supposed to. The second, ‘summer meadow’ was dispatched on Saturday but didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Royal Mail was supposed to deliver Sunday, but their tracking information said the address was inaccessible, which was not true. On Monday Royal Mail said there were to be no deliveries to that address that day….which is a mystery to the recipients. It finally arrived on Tuesday, some of the flowers survived, but others were in poor condition. The problem seems to lie with the delivery, which was too long after dispatch. It was a letter box package, and the letter box was accessible at all times.

This definitely shouldn't be the case as our RM free delivery is 95% assured to arrive on the delivery date picked, every so often arriving the next working day - which I can see didn't happen here. The flowers arrived in a shocking state with terrible substitutions - I’d ordered them to cheer myself up after an awful operation. It’s salvageable but no where near what I’ve had before

Service was good from my point of view but you would need to ask the recipient of the flowers to know if the flowers were lovely or not.

Delivered on specified date. Have used this company several times before with no issues on quality , but on this occasion was a little disappointing. The attention to detail on the packing of the letterbox flowers was lacking on this occasion as when opened, one flower head was snapped off and a few other stems were caught in between the top and bottom of pack. I think this let the experience of receiving surprise flowers down for the recipient.

The box was a bit battered on arrival and the flowers had taken a knocking, some buds were limp and crushed. This is my 4th day since receiving and some buds never opened and other flowers are already dying

First time I have been disappointed in B&W. Paid for a hand tied bouquet for my mother's birthday. Only to have a bunch of flowers without individually netted blooms, as stated, not hand tied as I would expect, just with an elastic band holding them together and 2 days late. The stems were dry, with drooping heads. Why no moisture at all to help keep them fresh, especially in this heat? Not worth what I paid.

Sadly let down by a Royal Mail error in diverting them to the wrong delivery office, thus being delivered 24 hours late.

Usually excellent but this time I bought my daughter flowers from you for her birthday and my son sent quite an expensive bouget and they didn’t last a week very dissatisfied which is such a shame.

Ordering easy. Delivery prompt. Flowers disappointed. After following your instructions, they were still wilting the following day. It made me sad, because I had wanted to make my daughter smile, because she is having a hard time at the moment.

The flowers were deliverd on time but not to the ususal high standard. Some of the stems were broken and none of the buds were in the usual protective covers. Two of the three foliage types were wilted and did not recover after putting in water. The buds have come out and look lovely

The flowers were nice, but I ordered them on Thursday for a Saturday delivery and they arrived on the Monday, after being in transit for over 48 hours. So they missed the birthday which was extremely upsetting.

The ordering process was easy and communication with the company has been good. However, I was disappointed to learn from my friend who was the recipient, that while the flowers were okay, the greenery was not able to be refreshed. These flowers are expensive and I hope that this experience is just a one off. If I had to rate the experience as a retired teacher it would be ‘could do better ‘.

My husband ordered me flowers from Bloom and wild.The flowers arrived on Monday and both of us were very disappointed with the flowers.I have already informed the company and have been promised a replacement.

service is fantastic and the quality of the flowers is great, brilliant that they go through the letterbox. Only trouble is the substitutions, what we ordered and what we got are nothing alike, I completely recognize that there are shortages, in season flowers etc. but when you order a predominantly yellow colour pallet you don't expect to receive pink and blue instead!

Website really easy to use, delivery very quick and on time which is great. Product OK, I wasn't overly excited with the flowers themselves.. didn't quite represent the photo online, but they were lovely.

First time ordering,was easy to order,but arrived the day after stated. Flowers looked ok when arrived,but are almost dead on the 3rd day,not impressed at all,very disappointed as was a birthday gift for my mum.
