An absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers, however I was disappointed that there were only 36 stems of flowers instead of the 47 stems promised on the website when I ordered them and unfortunately they only lasted 3 days even with the special flower food that was provided and I put in the water.

I asked that the flowers be delivered on the Saturday as I knew that the recipient would be away until the Sunday. The flowers were delivered on the Friday so I was not impressed by this. No prior notification that this would happen so arrangements could be made.

Not short review. The site was easy to use, but not very impressed with the delivery. Paid extra to get it there safely by next day as promised. Supposed to be there by 7pm had a text at 8pm to say it was posted. I ordered a hand tied bouquet £30 in total. Contacted family next morning to ask if they liked them, they didnt know it had arrived. They found the box in the garden. Soggy box and flowers looking quite sad, hopefully they perk up soon. May use this company again but not impressed as 1st time using them.

Have to say I am disappointed with this months delivery. I have a monthly subscription and am always very impressed with my delivery, this month I can only describe my bouquet as ‘puny’. I usually struggle to fit my flowers in my vase but with only 13 stems in total I’ve had to put them in a smaller vase!

The recipient was very pleased with the flowers and while the ordering process was relatively simple I was unable to claim the discount as a first time purchaser. Given I was short of time I had to proceed and pay full price which left me feeling a bit frustrated with the company.

Disappointed that the next day delivery service is offered as well as the specific option for a Saturday delivery, I am aware due to the pandemic there are delays with deliveries and it is in the hands of the Royal Mail once it leaves your main offices - but the website specifically promotes, if you order before 10pm you get free next day delivery. Now that I’m writing a review I’m realising that is what you’ve provided. As I was given free next day delivery, my suggestion would be to potentially specifically list in bold somewhere when ordering that there could be possibly delays when doing this, as I would have ordered them sooner. A positive comment with regards to the flowers, they were beautiful for the price I’d payed. Would use this company again, as long as I don’t need to get the flowers before a specific date

The flowers were delivered at the correct time as stated when ordering. However, they were delivered to the wrong address which took some time to sort out and locate them which meant that they were sitting where they had been left for 4 hours. I didn't actually see the flowers so cannot comment on the the quality after that length of time.

Up until now always had great service however this time even though ordered 3 weeks in advance birthday flowers arrived late and damaged. Disappointing

I had no problem placing my order, but there was a problem at delivery, the box wax bent in half causing some damage to the flowers.

Ordering process was easy and very simple. Ordered on Friday and was told next day delivery. Never received them till Monday. Apart from that no problems

My original order did not arrive for some reason. As a result I needed to phone Bloom & Wild. They were helpful and arranged to send a replacement order by courier.

The flowers were beautiful went they arrived However I received an email two day before the friend would receive the flower saying that they had been dispatched and now with the royal mail - this created some anxiety about how the the flower would look after being in a sorting house for two day

Hi! Ever so sorry to hear that your blooms arrived later than expected. Unfortunately our free delivery service is not guaranteed for the date and deliveries sent via this method can occasionally take an extra working day in transit. We do aim to make this clear at the time of ordering but I am so sorry if this was missed. The flowers themselves should be safe and protected in their packaging while in transit and should only need a trim and a drink on arrival as usual. However, if they are not looking as expected after they have had 24 hours in the vase to re-hydrate, please let us know and we’d be happy to put this right!
