Ordering system is good and simple. Lots of options to choose from. Only disappointment was I ordered a lovely vibrant choice. However when they arrived they weren’t all that pretty. Very dull colours and too much of the same flower. This was a letterbox option. Next time I would order a bouquet instead. But all in all it was a good service.

The only thing that lets you down is the delivery service. Unfortunately due to this I won’t be ordering again. I ordered from you specifically to have a letter box delivery for a friend who is very poorly. The flowers didn’t arrive on the date they were supposed to, they failed delivery the day after and we’re taken to the sorting office to be collected. I had to go and collect the flowers which was a huge inconvenience and felt they were no longer sentimental and a surprise. I could’ve gone to any flower shop/supermarket and hand delivered them myself which would’ve been easier and cheaper and more convenient for everyone. Having said that my friend said the flowers were beautiful. Definitely reconsider your delivery options.

The Dara hand tied bouquet I ordered was very pretty but definitely not worth £55.00. I chose the hand tied bouquet to be delivered by DHL which was an extra £5 so that the flowers weren’t in a small flat box through the letterbox. Unfortunately, maybe my mistake on reading the information, but they still came flat, so I didn’t see the point of ordering a hand tied bouquet rather than letterbox flowers??Several of the stems were broken as well, although the web page allows you to report this. I have used Bloom & Wild before and always been very happy but I was slightly disappointed this time.

Hi Julie, Thanks for getting in touch! Ever so sorry for the misunderstanding. I can see that you have received the beautiful Dara which arrives in a big box, prearranged by our florist team ready to be trimmed and enjoyed. This is different from our letterbox boxes which come in a 2.5cm flat pack boxes, need to be trimmed and arranged. I really wouldn't want to leave you feeling disappointed with this order as value for money is so important to us - so I've gone ahead and popped you an email :) warm regards Natalia

We have had flowers sent to us by your company that tbh haven’t been up to the standard we would have expected . This time thought our friends flowers were lovely and she was very happy to receive them . She’s having a well earned break from her nursing job so these brightened up her day .thank you

I had to email and call to track my order. I gad to have a refund as courier couldn’t be tracked and the status on the app hadn’t changed for 2 days

Apparently the flowers looked OK, but arrived later than the day requested but that is probably royal mails fault but the card with the message was missing so my friend didn't know who they were from!

Having used B&W on previous occasions without complaint, we were disappointed with the recent flowers for our wedding anniversary. In the past the flowers have reacted well to being taken out of the box and dealt with in accordance with the instructions, unfortunately this time they have looked stressed and tired.

Great delivery but very sad & disappointed when I saw the flowers the next day (which were a birthday present to a good friend) as some of the flowers were droopy & lifeless - see photo.

I found ordering easy but whomever executed your order let you down. I suspect the problem was a early Monday delivery and this was made ready on the Saturday with left over flowers. Delivery was not made until 17.57 although I had arranged a morning delivery. However I would give you five stars for the way you handled this and executed an apology to my daughter. I would recommend you to others because of that and believe you deserve it. Thankyou

Not a very good experience for first time of ordering they never arrived on the day and then when you sent them again they arrived ok but with the first lot which were half dead.

Ordering was complicated and nearly gave up after the third attempt. Receiver loves the flowers and once ordered delivery was fast.

The Blooms gorgeous! Delivery - excellent The checkout/ payment process - a nightmare! *Took about half an hour to actually finally pay via PayPal. *The promised extra discount for having the app did not materialise. *The card and message kept changing and trying to pin it down for the final checkout was frustrating. I've bought from the company once before and the same thing happened then. I'm not sure that I'd buy my next bunch from here.

Fab communication prior to delivery, fast delivery with Royal Mail and packaging not damaged. Opened the flowers and they looked wilted. Sadly two of the flowers were broken and one flower was moldy, so they had to be discarded. After a day in water, the other flowers have come back to life and smell wonderful.

Bunch pretty, smelled lovely, but compared to other bunches same price, elsewhere, this bunch held less, little disappointed.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, however I asked for the flowers to arrive on Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday.

The ordering process was easy. The order was delivered on time. However, the quality of the flowers could be improved. For example, the sunflower in the bouquet I ordered were of lower quality, indicated by dry leaves shown in the picture below.

Flowers sent to my sister consisted of gladiolis amongst others, but stems were cut so short most of the flower heads in bud were under water when placed in vase! Such a shame. Also it was a bit of a strange combination Gladiolis and Sunflowers!
