Usually I am very pleased with Bloom & Wild and use the app regularly. But on the most recent occasion my order fell into the 10% that doesn’t arrive on the day requested meaning it was late for my friend’s birthday. Some buds were broken also. Pretty disappointed. Think I may stick to Haute in the future.

A little disappointed as I order flowers to be delivered for my granddaughter coming home from hospital. They took four days to arrive so not really good service.

An easy ordering experience, and choice of flowers. Tracking my delivery was simple, but the flowers were a long time in transit, arriving two days later than expected. The flowers were definetly in need of a good long drink on arrival. Slightly disappointed, as these were to a relative who has been through a lot recently. J

Package arrived on time used special DPD 1 day Flowers were pretty and the receiver loved them However glass vase was smashed Have been advised a refund is on its way but would advise to consider adding the vase to avoid any disappointment

Hi there - the positives I find with Bloom and Wild is that the website works very quickly and easily. The lady that assisted me on the call was very patient and polite. But I was disappointed with the website pictures as they do not reflect how good they are. The flowers in the jars look very sparce and not very luxurious. A suggestion would be that you eliminate the jars and replace with a nicer vase. Many thanks - very good service. Customers were very pleased.

I decided to purchase this tree as it looks very pretty in the photos and had many 5 star ratings. It arrived the following day and was well packed. However, when I unwrapped it I was so disappointed. It was packed flat and when I tried to tease out the branches, one fell off. There weren’t that many to start with. It wasn’t any where near as full as it appears in the photos. It came with no instructions on how to put it all together nor how to care for it. I wouldn’t buy again.

First time I’ve used Bloom & Wild. I placed the order last Thursday and the receipt said delivery on Saturday or may be a day late. They arrived on Monday and although they are apparently ok, three days from packing to delivery is a long time in the life of a cut flower.

The flowers when they arrived were lovely. However, delivery was very disappointing. They were ordered on Friday for next day delivery but didn’t arrive until Monday afternoon. The moment had passed and also at least two days of the guaranteed freshness had gone.

Order flowers for two friends , one order arrived next day , beautiful flowers , the second arrived three days later than expected . Would use Bloom and wild again , although on this occasion disappointing

I sent the flowers as a 'thank you' to a friend. She said they are lovely. I requested delivery on a Wednesday. However, on the Tuesday the Royal Mail tracking indicated an attempt to deliver had been made that day but no access was available and they'd try again the next day. There was no attempt made as she was at home all day. The delivery was made the next day as I'd requested. Just concerned the flowers were lying in a delivery office for longer than they should have been and may not last as long as they would have.

I use them a lot and generally have only good things to say but the last one that I received (sent to me) was tired looking before I had even arranged it. Had to throw some flowers away.

The flowers were beautiful and my mum was delighted with them but the delivery was late, they were for my mums 1st anniversary without my dad and should have arrived on the 2/11 but they did not get ther til the next day

Ordering was easy but glad I asked for delivery on 2nd November the day before Louises birthday as they didn’t arrive ‘til the 3rd, maybe as delivery was to Scotland it took the extra day. I have no idea what condition the flowers were in when they arrived but I was told they were lovely so hopefully they were. Rating was nearer 4 than 3 but just not quite there

An absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers, however I was disappointed that there were only 36 stems of flowers instead of the 47 stems promised on the website when I ordered them and unfortunately they only lasted 3 days even with the special flower food that was provided and I put in the water.
