“Flowers always arrive on time and you are kept updated re: delivery. Last order was the day after New Year’s Day and I think this may have had an impact on what they looked like on arrival. My friend waited two days til the flowers had hydrated and plumped up before sending a photo”

“Flower heads mostly broken and squashed, bunch much smaller than anticpated. Ask for delivery to made to front door, yet driver chucked it over the front gate!”
