“I ordered a 12 month subscription for my wife and so far it’s been great!! Ordering is very simple and the flowers arrive in great condition, at first they can look a bit sad for themselves but an hour in water and they flourish. Only had one hiccup so far down to the flowers getting lost in transit but they were replaced the day after notifying customer service. Very happy shopper!!”

“I ordered letterbox flowers to be sent for a wedding anniversary. The couple was delighted, the flowers arrived on time, in good condition and have been enjoyed. I have only had good experiences with Bloom &Wild, and will continue to gift flowers with them. “Hello i purchased a bouquet 10 days ago for my mums special 90 th birthday. The flowers were beautiful to start with but within about 3 days one peony dropped off followed by the other 2 peonies a couple of days later They didn't even get chance to bloom. I've seen them today and the roses and carnations are well past their best and need throwing. Needless to say mum and myself are very disheartened and disappointed by thiss happening in such a short time. She has looked after them well and put the extra food in after 5 days also. So would have thought they'd have lasted longer bthan this. Very disappointed vas this was for a special birthday. I had read some reviews and people had said they lasted at least 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks for some.nTherefore I wondered if I'd be entitled to a refund considering or I'd prefer another bouquet be sent for my mum as she was dissapointed for her birthday. I don't think I'm being unreasonable considering the circumstances.nI was pleasantly surprised with how they were presented and packaged, very acceptable Thankyou. Will await your reply.
