“Flowers were a gift for a friend who was absolutely delighted with them, especially as she could plant the bulbs in her garden. I have ordered flowers on a few occasions and never been disappointed with them. The quality of the arrangements is outstanding.”

“I received flowers that never picked up even following the instructions Arrived in such a poor state Roses wilted that never perked up and some stems broken So I complained and was offered another bunch which never arrived such a huge disappointment and such appalling service Have had a refund but still waiting for the new bunch to arrive???”

“Have used Bloom & Wild for a number of years now. Ordering is very straightforward, the delivery service is very good and the flowers are always packaged well with no damage. The flowers last well, most over a week and the after care info is very good. Recommended.”

“I have used Bloom & Wild for many years now. The choice of lovely bouquets is varied, extensive and regularly updated. Beautiful, unusual and long lasting flowers delivered in packaging that can be recycled. Bloom & Wild offer other gifts that are good quality and unusual as well. My friends have always been pleased with their B&W flowers and, I'm pleased to say, now send me B&W ones too.”

“I have been using this company for many years and whilst the flowers are lovely the delivery process is sadly very much letting them down. Flowers not arriving, being left somewhere else but no card put through the door and when they do arrive it is often late or night or 2-3 days later than when you wanted them for. They cover themselves by saying they cant always guarantee a delivery on the day you want which isnt great considering they are often to acknowledge a special occassion on a specific date. When you complain they do respond promptly but rather than receive a refund you are given a credit voucher instead which isnt fair.”
