“We had the delivery delayed due to the snow storm which can’t be helped. I ordered Thursday last week and they arrived today Wednesday. However I called on Monday and they sent a replacement bunch out which were also received today. Happy with the customer service and my sister in law happy with her delivery”

“for two months of a years gift the flowers arrived in a dreadful state . in December the box arrived open , not sealed closed , so the flowers were damaged beyond help. this month the flowers arrived squashed , needles on waxflower all over the floor since it was half dead , and the flowers once again squashed beyond help. the box they send them in is clearly far too shallow and despite what the leaflet says they do not recover but are bruised and damaged . since they are a gift what are my options ?”

“It is easy to irder, deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner and your updates are useful. I was very disappointed to find that your birthday guft if iced biscuits had been discontinued as it was so useful for recipients of all ages.”

“Ordered flowers for my dad for Christmas. They didn’t arrive. Bloom and wild gave me a credit so I reordered. These flowers did arrive but 6 days after they were posted. Dad just put them in the bin. Bloom and wild have still not refunded or credited me and now won’t even respond to emails. Shocking service. AVOID!”

“I ordered a letterbox bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday who lives in Southern Ireland. I found ordering the flowers was extremely easy and there was a very good choice of bouquets to choose from. Bloom and Wild kept me informed of the progress of the order and when they were successfully delivered my daughter was absolutely delighted with them. I have used them several, times and I have never been disappointed and would happily recommend them.”
