“My mum was chuffed to bits with her Mother's Day Bouqet! She loved the wrapping, the instructions and the tulip bulbs which she can replant. It livened up the standard Mothers Day offering in a new way.”

“Please do not waste your money ordering from this company. I ordered my Mum flowers for Mother’s Day as she lives an hour away. The flowers were honestly the worst bouquet I have ever seen. Not what was advertised and 2 out of the 3 roses were snapped. I contacted them immediately and they did agree they would refund me however I do think they should have refunded me and resent my Mum flowers as she was left with nothing on Mothers Day. I have not yet received my refund but they did state it could take up to 10 days.”

“The process of ordering has always been simple. I have used them about a dozen times. The recipients have always been impressed by the quality of the flowers and longevity. I always order in time to allow delivery at the time I want and have never been disappointed.”

“Excellent but dropped a point as I ordered delivery for both flowers for the Saturday before Mother’s Day, paying extra for this service. Both arrived on Friday, annoyingly. Delivery refunded after contacting B and W but it was still frustrating they delivered early and sent no communication to give upfront notice and check this was acceptable.”
