“I’ve used Bloom & Wild for a while now they have never let me down their customer service is great they keep you updated with your order even when it’s not their fault the delivery was late I had a text apologising & reassurance the flowers will be fine & the flowers are beautiful & last a long time.”

“did not deliver on time, left the box by the door while it was a letterbox size parcel. i have a beg them to re-deliver the next day. the present for my god-daughter for ther second birthday was ruined. i wont purchase with them ever again”

“I have used Bloom & Wild several times now and I am very happy with the service they provide. I have sent a few of their letterbox flowers as gifts to people and everyone who has received them has said how long they last and how beautiful they are. Their loyalty points scheme means you get money off from time to time too which is an added bonus.”
