“Not as good quality as previous letter box flowers sent by you. From photo taken a few days later there did not appear to be many blooms compared to greenery so was disappointed this time. DO NOT publish my review or photo, this is just for your information only.”

“The concept is excellent, ordering is simple and the letterbox flowers are generally as advertised. Unfortunately you are let down by the delivery agent as of all the ones ordered, they never post them through the letterbox. My recent order to my mum was left outside her door with no note or anything. I received an email at lunchtime to say they had being delivered but my mum was completely unaware until she needed to leave the house hours later and saw them outside.”

“Bloom & Wild are where I always go when ordering flowers for delivery. I have used them for several years (5 I think) and flowers have always pleased the recipients and apart from once have been delivered on time. Customer service has been swift and satisfactory on the two occasions I have needed to contact them.”
