Online order tracking is useless as is the customer service when you phone to try and get an update. Took ages to get through and then they couldn’t tell you anything. Won’t be ordering again from here regardless of the quality due to very poor communication and no option for priority ordering. Very disappointed ☹️

i stated no marketing when i bought from blinds2go but they still illegally have used my email address to contact me regarding a review. The standard reply will be that its a different company that collects these reviews but my contract was with blinds2go who willingly and unlawfully gave permission for a third party to harass me and use my details therefore a no star rating is appropriate. When will they and other similar companies learn?

Ordered 16 blinds in November 2018, website was easy and informative to use, order arrived promptly and I started to replace my blinds, however 1 of the blind had the wrong brackets and pole fittings to the remaining 15 blinds, and hour on the phone and all seemed well with replacement fitting on there way. Arrived and they was wrong so back on phone (1 hr 35) and 2nd set of replacements on the way, again the wrong parts sent, back on phone and asked to speak to manager that was refuse, so again I said about the problem, this time I gave measurements and a description in detail and the 3rd set of replacements on there way, again the wrong fittings. On the phone again and asked for manager, refused, so asked to be put through to parts department rather than speaking to a call handler, refused so I game measurements and description again, 4th set of replacements on way so I got them in time for Christmas. There arrived promptly, again the wrong brackets and fittings, this time the brackets look right but was much larger in size and must have been for next size up of roller blind. So now I’ve used fitting from my old blind wrapped in black tape to get them to fit the pole in the blind. I just can’t go through the stress of being on the phone for and hour & ½ again before Christmas, to some it up, after sales are a nightmare and will leave you dissatisfied and will leave you regretting you ordered from blinds2go.

I purchased blinds on 4th December. Initial delivery was stated to 3-5 working days which got changed to 11th-13th December, which was fine as appreciate it's a busy time of year. I do 12hr shifts so had to ask a few favours regarding shift swaps to be around for the delivery. Nothing arrived. So on the 14th I called Blinds2go and the call taker put me on hold to speak to their production team who advised they would arrive on 18th December. I asked him for confirmation as I would need to take a day annual leave to be in for the delivery. I was assured that the blinds would be there. So I was waiting around all day and it got to late afternoon so I called back for an update. After waiting in a queue for over 45 mins I finally got to speak to someone, who told me that he didn't know where my blinds where and asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes to which I agreed. I am still waiting on that phone call. So today, 19th December, I call back to get answers, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager informs me that my blinds are still with the production team and will not arrive until Friday. He also informed me that it was policy not to give out dates of arrival as they are so busy, to which I questioned why I was given assurances on the 14th that the order would be here by the 18th. The manager tried to tell me that they have a 4/5 rating to which I laughed. I informed him that I was recommended by a family member and he said rightly so to which I replied I didn't think so and that on current performance I would not be recommending Blinds2Go to anyone because of their shocking customer service. I have lost a days annual leave that I won't get back thanks to this companies poor communication and practices. I would definitely not recommended this company to anyone. Shop elsewhere.

Got the blinds delivered but they sent the wrong brackets so I called them 3 times each time waiting a 1hr which I think is a joke and they sent the wrong bracket 😡😡😡

Order still not arrived. Ordered over £500 worth of blinds from Blinds 2go in the last week of November and have still not received them. Delivery date given has passed and been changed multiple times now. Be prepared to spend 30+ minutes in a queue on hold before getting through to speak to anyone about your order (I assume due to the large volume of complaints they are receiving as mentioned in other reviews). Also don’t expect them to give you any useful information-they can only tell you the same information you can see yourself. Apparently living in Northern Ireland is an excuse for the terrible service being provided by this company- you are made pay an extra charge for the delivery unlike the majority of the UK and it takes even longer to receive your order. My order was not even collected from Blinds 2go until the last day of the delivery window...that is if they have even been collected yet as they are still nowhere to be seen.

Not happy with my roman blind . I ordered a grey blind and its alot darker than the photo. Put it up last night and looked ok in the dark but when I got up in the morning the daylights shows the blind as brown in colour. Very disappointed as I spent £120 on this and can't return as made to order. Won't be buying from here again

I've had the most AWFUL experience with this company.After receiving my seleced samples and choosing 6 blinds, I placed my order online. I should have realised there was something wrong when they delayed my payment, saying my address didn't match my debit card, and would only communicate via email in spite of my repeated requests to call me. After resending the money via Bacs a few days later, they then said that my Bacs payment had also not arrived and to call them. This was now 7 days after the initial order had been placed. At all times, I had reitereated that I needed them delivered in their 10-14 days promised delivery time and was assured a 'priority note' had been placed on my order. Their 0800 number takes ages to be answered and you are on hold forever by the way. After getting nowhere via email, I rang this am to chase why the Bac's payment was now a problem, and was told that although they had receievd my money now (a few days ago!!) that there was a new problem. I was put on and off on hold for over 25 mins, after which I was finally told that the order coulld not be filled for weeks. They said they were having problems in the company and offered me £68 compensation and that I would have to wait until the end of the month for them now. As a landlord I had tenants arriving and the 10-14 days lead time (which is still up on their site btw) was why I chose them in the first place. It was then suggested I simply cancel the order!! When I refused to cancel they told me they didn't even have the product that I wanted in stock anyway, and they would have to send it to another company to make them up for me. When I asked if they would be the same, they said probably not! When I asked what they would look like, they said, they didn’t know! When I asked if they could send me samples, they said it would slow my order down! So they were expecting me to accept a replacement order from a company I didn't know, with no assurances that they would even be suitable and similar to what I wanted. So finally, as they had so clearly wanted from the beginning, I cancelled my order. I have never felt so horrible after an experience with a company. They have treated me appallingly and delayed and delayed, until they were forced to confess they could not supply me, and pushed me back into a corner until I cancelled it. I am now left desperately trying to find replacements in less than a week! Disgrace!

Spoke in great detail to customer service and explained that I wanted 5inches excess. Didn't get. Blinds were of poor quality for price. Should have gone elsewhere

The staff are mostly hopeless! I phone 7 times and spoke to a young people who just did not have a clue and kept saying, I'll have to cheek they would say this happened again and again. When they gave me the info it was wrong. But if your lucky your get someone who knows what there speaking about, sadly one out of six people is not good, if I had taken there advice I would have blinds that would not fit!!! Wake up and train your staff.....

We brought the bi-folding door blinds and one of them is falling down it needs to be adjusted so I wrote an email and had nothing back very poor

Blinds made the wrong size, have to buy a saw to cut it to fit, all the blinds are longer than they should be, no wall plugs provided, have to try many different plugs to fit. Not happy with the purchase

If I could rate you as minus 10 I would. I have been supplying and fitting blinds for over 20years, since blinds2go took over web blinds ( which provided a terrific product and service ) I have placed 3 orders and you have messed up 2. First order took nearly a month to get and many phone calls, the 3rd order the louvers were poorly manufactured and were falling apart in the box . Oh and your vertical headrail look cheap as well.
