Ordering process was good and fast delivery. Disappointed to find that the ends of the blind were simple push-on matt clear plastic caps - not coloured to match the blinds, looking really cheap. We then had real problems fitting the blind. We followed instructions exactly, drilled holes for the brackets as told to do. We then could not fit the blind to the bracket (also struggling to support the blind as it kept flopping apart). We struggled so much the brackets bent. We then asked a colleague for help and he discovered the problem. The brackets would not fit onto the blind, because having followed the instructions exactly, the brackets are obstructed by the blind mechanism at the ends and in the centre - exactly where the instructions tell you to install them! We had to drill further holes in the ceiling, filling in the previous ones, fix the bent brackets and then repaint the wall/ceiling where all the attempts to fit the blind had caused damage. We now have the blind installed. It looks cheap and now scratched - again due to the efforts of trying to install it. If you are thinking of buying a blind from Blinds 2 Go, I would strongly recommend buying from elsewhere. This is a cheap product that looks cheap and has absolutely useless fitting instructions.

Ordered a few blinds now, my last order still has not been delivered and despite a call to blinds2go who informed me they have been delivered, the issue still has not been resolved. Very disappointed is an understatement

If I could score a zero I would. Do not buy their imitation velux blinds as they will not fit correctly or with ease! Terrible service and lack of quality in product.

Not sure if it’s your issue or mine but The blind I have is nowhere near the size of the window it’s meant to fit. It’s meant to fit a fairly large window but wouldn’t even fit a side opener. It cost me around £50 and if that is the cost of what I have been sent then it is not value for money. Also no instructions sent

Do not deal with this company, their customer service is awful when you need it! I had a cream blind delivered (late) when I ordered white and evidenced this with photos of sample next to it. They said it was as expected and that was the end of it!

Poor quality fabric. We can see how easily blinds will start to fray! Order came with the wrong wall fittingsfor blinds. Other fittings for wall and pole were set . Measured blinds correctly, but fittings on both ends of blind are wider than we expected and pole on blinds is to long. Length of blind is far to long. We now have 3 blinds back in the box unable to use any of them. Total waste of money and can’t be used. Would not recommend this product. Only product we have ordered on line we can’t use. Complete disaster. Cheap product.

Roman blind arrived missing safety p clip and spring for top mount bracket. Requested next day delivery of missing items which was refused. Good customer service should have got missing items out ASAP. Poor response.

Had an issue with broken cord and it was mayhem trying to resolve - I wanted to buy the cord - wouldn’t or couldn’t sell me cord - got it on eBay for £1.98 next day - I then asked to delete my details under new data protection rules as they are useless - they said not allowed to do this - these people are useless - my advice is simple - do not deal with them - I’ve got these blinds in every room in my house - sadly regret doing that

Blind was 3cm too big so having to now wait for another to be sent out. Young girl was then rude when i rang to complain. She suggested we cut the blind! Does she not understand the concept of 'made to measure!'.

Dreadful service from this company. Placed an online order and was given a delivery date of 7-10 days. Waited for the blinds to arrive by day 10 - nothing arrived. Called the company to be told that the order had not been processed and that they had sent a letter in the post for us to confirm to them, the delivery address and the payment address were indeed ours. We didn't receive the letter, despite re-directing our mail 400 miles to our new address. Pretty ridiculous process for an "online" based company. Anyway, despite banking our money and not processing the order and sending a complaining email to the Director who apologised and said he would look into the matter, a female employee called to ask if we wanted to go ahead with the order still - no apology, no offer of a discount for their bad service. We refused and asked for a full refund. I have no idea of the quality of the product this company sells, but their customer service is appalling.

Instructions were not clear at all. Very hard to understand the instructions given. There were not enough screws to hang the blinds

the blinds arrive ok, however, once opened the large box and took then home. a few days late on opening the box I found the blinds don't work !!!! hence I'm returning the blind and I expect a full refund so let's see how it goes

Unpleasant experience.... Will never recommend Blinds2go. Customer service team are inhuman...all about money for this company, they pay no attention to customer loyalty.

I ordered 8 shutter blinds and was given a date for delivery. No-one notified me that they would not arrive. I rang them twice to be told that they hadn't even been made in Romania........ and that they could not even give me a date for delivery. I am very upset as I waited for two weeks before I contacted the Blinds2go Company and have still not got the shutters or a date for delivery!

My Venetian blind doesn’t open and close it just goes up and down so it doesn’t function correctly and lets all the light in

A totally terrible experience... originally ordered 9 Venetian blinds, all chipped and scratched but still sent to me. After taking ages to photograph the damage, replacements were arranged... again, all damaged. I actually had ordered a further blind for someone else and that was also damaged... a complete waste of time. Now waiting for the second lot of blinds to be collected. So far two collection dates have been and gone and the boxes are still cluttering p the house. It amazes me that this company gets such good reviews.

The order went well & the blinds arrived in a short time, then we found a fault so contactced blinds to go only to be told we can mend them easily ourselves, whatever happened to the phrase fit for purpose which they are clearly not, very disappointed with blinds to go.

Absolutely Appalling customer service and even worse blinds! Had to wait over 5 weeks for a blind and after being ‘quality checked’ it arrives and does not work Will never use this company again
