Bad quality of track and force advertising of long tracks. Ordered a made to measure blind online, before i purchased it i inputted 2.5m across and it showed the price. didnt mention the anything about being split tracks. the next day i went to the rental flat and measured the dimensions, got my iphone out and did the correct measurements. no pop up window warned me that i was ordering a split track. As it was on the phone, the full page does not display, it only showed me which direction i wanted it pulled to left or right and if it was recessed or not. so i ordered it and expected it to be delivered in 7-10 working days. The track was left in the communal hallway block of flats and the blinds were delivered to the concierge. The courier signed it my name even though i live in Hertfordshire not London where the flat is. The box was damaged at the end and the track is twisted slightly so not only have I got a damaged track, but I also have two tracks not one long track. Something so important should not be able to be ordered if they cannot provide it. Most online companies state the maximum size because they don't make them longer but blinds to go just assume a customer wants two tracks not one. why a warning box didnt pop up requesting you to tick a box confirming you understood the item is being made as two blinds, i dont know. surely more people have had this issue. This is false selling by far. When you do it on a pc it shows that the blind will be two tracks but who uses a pc now when we all have smart phones. There site does not rectify itself for phones screen sized like most companies. Ben didnt want to listen to the issue and seems to think its fine that they were late delivering, the items is two tracks not one, the item is damaged, that the item was left in the hallway, the item was forced on me to be 2 tracks not one long track. The blinds box was also damaged but the internal bits are ok. Would not recommend at all as the quality of the track is flimsy and twists easily. Now have to wait another 10-14 working days for a new track rather than my money back as i dont want it now due to the bad experience.

Ordered a blind from this company, when it arrived it was 10mm too narrow. We had already calculated the finished width we needed and had allowed for the recess fitting. When phoned to complain about wrong size I was told that I should have read the measuring guide and that all they could do was offer me another blind at cost price! In other words, pay them again! Would definitely not order from this company again. Beware if you use this company as without downloading a pdf file it is not made clear that they decide on the finished width and not you!

Blinds arrived on time (3 sets) but one blind will not stay in the up position as the small brass return from which the cable runs from is placed too close to the edge of the blind so when the blind housing which holds the blind in position it is obscured and doesn’t work. Can’t return as destroyed box and didn’t realise problem until fitted to ceiling recess. Would not recommend- sorry.

Hopeless customer service, blind delivered wrong colour. They sent sample wish is not the same. I believe Arctic white should be that not a yellow stained snow!

We have ordered from this company for many years for all our blinds and have no problems- all measurements have been perfect and all have come with the correct fixtures and fittings. However this time delivery took over a month, when the product arrived there were no fixtures or fittings and the measurements were wrong so it just about squeezes into the window recess. We now have to contact the company in order to get this rectified but as the blind is for a babies room we have had to use it as we waited so long. A real shame as usually service is very good.

I ordered some conservatory blinds 3 years and 6 months ago. they have been great but are now literally falling apart. I would not expect to replace blinds every 3 years so this must be a quality issue. When I contacted them they said there is nothing they can do as outside of their 3 year policy and offered 10% off but would you be happy if your blinds fell apart every 3 years?

Having used this company before when purchasing a Roman blind and being really happy with it I decided to use them again for vertical blinds for a very large window. What they sent was two blinds that have to be attached next to each other and operated separately. How is this a ‘made to measure’ blind? Apparently it is my fault for not seeing the small print that said it is 2 blinds for large windows even though my order confirmation says I ordered one blind. Customer service is appalling, they are very rude and arrogant. I will definitely not be using this company again or recommending them.

Simply the worst experience ever! Ordered our Blinds in advance of some decorating works in our home, went to fit blinds only to discover the blinds were to short in length, despite ordering the correct length, they were made 1cm to short, meaning they did not reach the window sill allowing light under the blind. We called to report the issue and were initially told, "Yes we make them 1cm shorter than you order" I was speechless! and explained the blinds were ordered for a recessed window as ordered, so why make them shorter?? We were asked to send photos of the issue, which i did within hours, then had to call 4 days later as nobody had called us back, to be told i needed to send another set of photos as the production team cant tell what the issues are?? What? the blinds measure 129cm and our drop is 130cm ! and the photos sent clearly shows this! plus close ups of the tape measure! it was as if you're an idiot! we know what were doing!!! The person i was speaking to was the most rude and condescending person i have ever ever dealt with in my entire life! is this how you treat your customers?? I will never ever ever deal with this company again and the money spent with them is wasted. Quite frankly if i have a member of my staff speak to a customer of mine like i was spoken to they would be dismissed on the spot. I have provided the measurements we wanted, you made them to short, fact. We sent photos clearly showing the fault. you say that's not good enough !!!! just a stalling tactic.. I will tell as many people i deal with as well as family and friends to never ever use this company. Complete Rip Off ! All you needed to do was make the blinds in the sizes we ordered. That's what we paid for, that's what we expected.

Ordered the Velux blackout blind giving the correct window size but the blind was too short. Blinds2go offered a refund but had to pay for the return myself. All in all it cost me £15 postage and a lot of hassle for a blind that didn’t fit as stated.

Having purchased spending £300 One blind was not exact to size we requested, contacted them with photos etc, but was told I should have read terms and conditions. What ! They offered 50% off another, I was surprised to be told, “ we do not care “ so another costing me £30, i declined out of principle, bad bad aftermarket attitude, Recommend DO NOT BUY Many other companies out there you can use

24 exact fit blinds ordered and 24 exact fit blinds were wrong. Poorly made, incorrect sizes. Spoken to many customer service reps who are all very unwilling to help, patronising and rude.

I have ordered my blinds yesterday afternoon and after 5 hours realised they are slightly wrong in sizes so sent them an email and automated reply was sent out saying they are busy and someone will get in touch but nothing happened until following day so called them to modify the original order but they refused as less than 12 hours since I have placed an order and they are so rude including there manager but will not recommend them to anyone zero star rating I will be getting touch with trading standard for sure

Avoid Arcadia Steel, it is made of a very heavy duty PVC not a fabric material. Was not clearly described on the web page you have to scroll down to see this and lose £142. Will be reporting to Nottingham Trading standards as the company after sale service is simply you should scroll down and go straight in with half price on another blind. I have fed back something like this should be in the title description and have now had to buy another blind and also every product customers should be able to leave an individual review of which would help the buyers of their products however it is more profitable to them for someone to spend £142 on an unusable horrible looking product and then spend a further £40 to get what they wanted in the first place. They are happy for returning customers to be left out of pocket and as a distance seller have a good game going that they do not need to refund as everything is ‘Tailored’ so non refundable as far as they are concerned.

Ordered 3 blinds for my bifolds. Dimensions were exact to the mm as per instructions, however, the blinds fit terribly. There should be a way to increase the tension in the top and bottom bars as both creep towards each other. Adjusting the cord tension higher just increases the creep and reducing cord tension means the blind won't stay up. Blinds2 go did send 2 more blinds but they were even worse. These were supposed to give a high end finish to our new extension but have cheapened the appearance significantly. I will have to swallow the loss and pay more for a quality product and the finish we hoped for initially.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on 8th August the website said 7 to 10 days delivery after they have been manufactured. I have had my estimated delivery date changed twice so rang the company who told me the item is being delivered to them but they don’t know when! They have no contact with my items because they are on the way to them. The manufacturers do not know where it currently is so they can not give me a delivery date. I requested to cancel my order, to which I was told I can not because it has already been made. Even though they can not give me a delivery date! Good I paid with PayPal I have opened a case. Avoid this company at all cost!

Having bought 8 sets of shutters my recent oder turned up as a yellow/cream colour. Apparently pure white is no longer white... even though the pictures online are shown clearly as white

Ordered roller blind on 24th July for despatch by 1st Aug.Phoned customer services on the 2nd Aug to be told material is out of stock!! A simple curtoursey phone call was not given. Had to choose another material only for my order to be given a despatch date of 15th Aug which was unacceptable,phoned customer services to be told that my blind was being finished that day & will be despatched,complete lie!! 3 days later still nothing. Look on other review sites more & more unsatisfied customers are appearing lately.

One star is for the website and ease of ordering, after that it goes downhill. I order 9 wooden Venetian blinds using recess measurements, they are all too long. This affects the way they look and it’s clear there are too many slats. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions, their response is shorten then and here’s the instructions. I still have a considerable number of blinds to order, but will be using another company. Be warned once they have your money, they don’t care about whether you are happy or not.
