Order blinds from Blinds2go- Firs order came with fantastic L-shape smart bracket (easy to mount looks great) white covers height very big so covering completely everything what you don’t want to see. Base on this experience I did order again but unfortunately this time I didn’t get the same service like before, I got standard metal brackets which you need to nearly destroy your window to mount, white cover only covers blind mont not gap between blind and top of the window frame ! screw set did come incomplete. Had to spend extra to mount blinds which final effect was very disappointing nothing like first order, contacted customer service and been told that you need to reed fine details to find out if blinds have smart fittings or standard ! I think this info should be more clearer. First order 5* , second 1*

Poor quality blinds poorly made lining was undone very difficult to adjust the length wish I had paid more for better quality you obviously pay for what you get

The blind arrived in a box without any brackets to fix it to the wall. Also, no velcro pads to fix the pelmet to the blind. Whoever packed the blind for shipping was required to put four things in the box: blind, pelmet, brackets and velcro pads. They failed to put two of those four things in the box. It's not rocket science. I expected higher standards from blinds2go. Disappointing.

Blinds look terrible quality and overpriced, going in the bin. I would not recommend or purchase again.

roller blind for bath room. expensive, also short roller chain on side of roller is far to short to use. was also not expecting to have white backing on blind. just does not look right

Appalling customer service concerning delivery, still awaiting a call back 10 days after order placed, I recommend you source another supplier

order 4 blinds two come right two wrong one been made to 1190x1160 which should have been 1200x1160 and a 610 which is total wrong 4 weeks still will not have it that they made them wrong if two were right why are two wrong

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Contacted them a few times and no response. Hundreds of pounds worth of blinds were just left at my front door on a busy main road even though they were requested to be left in a safe shed around the back. Damaged packaging. Disgraceful service.

Unless you have a postroom or concierge is almost impossible to receive the products. They use cheap couriers which can’t give you any time frame or contact you if they can’t find the address. I missed 3 days of work waiting for them and delivery always failed. Is now 17 days i am trying to get my order and customer service takes no responsibility for the delay.

I ordered "magic screen blinds" which I expected to be sight obscuring. When they were fitted it became clear that they are far from obscuring when an internal light is on. What is magical about that? I admit that a closer inspection of the specification reveals this but not obviously. My complaint is that the company was totally unwilling to help me and would rather I ended with a useless product. They offered me "25% discount on full replacement available for 2 weeks" when all I needed was the material replacing-a minimal cost which I wold have paid. They believed this reasonable but I saw it as useless customer service. The staff were reasonably courteous but utterly inflexible. I'm quite sure a high st supplier would have been more accomodating.

Ordered blinds - they arrived in a different size to what was ordered and 2 blinds were faulty. Called in 2 weeks ago to be told to send photos which we did and was promised a call back. No call received. Called in on 2 March spoke to Rekurta who processed a refund of £109.94 (after I held on for 20 minutes whille a manager approved it) and advised w would receive the refund in 3-5 working days. 5 working days later, no refund. Called and spoke to Tyra who said refund hadn't been processed correctly and it needed to go through a manager to process the credit etc. Asked to speak to a manager who then was too busy to talk to me. Tyra advised she had now processed it again and that the refund will be in our account in 5-7 more working days!. She was very patronizing and rude. Who knows if the refund will ever be received by us but my advice is NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Appears they do anything not to refund or honour their commitments. Oh and bye the way, the calls that are apparently recorded - now according to Tyra they are not so no recourse to anything told to you along the way. RUN ... RUN AND RUN...... go to the bigger companies. Buy with peace of mind that you can return faulty goods and receive your money back!

Ordered a new set of blinds to match a previous set we had. When the new set arrived they were a different colour and also had a different name. Phoned up about it and was told that they buy in their blinds and rename the colours, theyve clearly just forgotten to swap the label over but it’s the right colour and if it looks different that’s just down to “batch variance”. I asked to swap it to see if I could find a closer match then. I was told this was not possible. Although it is actually against consumer rights law to refuse a refund from an online purchase, as long as the issue is raised within two weeks of purchase. I posted about this on their Facebook page. This post has since been deleted, I can see from scrolling through their page that there are only positive review up there, so I can only assume they delete all negative posts as they have done with mine, in order to give a skewed image of customers satisfaction. Poor show all round.

AWFUL SERVICE..!! PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.! Placed order now 14 days ago on the website stated 5-7 working days it’s now been 11 working days. Dispatch date changed 3 times on the order. Only found this out through checking myself. No communication. Online says that delivery is with UPS I believe the actual delivery is with XDP an even worse company than blinds to go. At least you can speak to someone at blinds to go. I rang yesterday and was told it was out for delivery as it has been 2 days in a row now but still no blinds. I have sent 2 emails to blinds to go both of which have received no reply and have rang and emailed xdp to no avail.

After checking prices for a blind for our bathroom with local businesses we decided to check on the internet with blinds 2go and were instantly amazed how much cheaper they were. We measured sizes required and were given an instant price, plus delivery. Couldnt have been easier, a couple of days later the blind arrived, perfect in every way, spot on service, couldnt recommend them enough.

put first order which was delayed. second order, after a week i was told that it is delayed, but not how long after another week, i was told that 2 months delayed. why should take order if no stock.

Ordered 115cm withe got 113.5 withe b2 go told me it was my fault and told me I would absolutely not be getting a replacement. Bad company bad customer service. Be wise never use them.

The website is quite user friendly and have very good information. I can not complaint about the delivery too, it was all in order. However my disappointment is with the product. I bought the EasiFIT Conservatory Blinds - as I really was hoping to decorate my brand new home without the fuss of drilling holes. Unfortunately the product did not work for me, the clamps that need to be pushed between the window rubber seal and the glass just was impossible. Now some may argue that this is because it is a new house and everything is probably tight and snug. I can not accept this reasoning, as I believed from the website that it is a good option without having to drill holes. For me personally this product did more damage than good, in trying to push the clamp I have no cracked one of the window panes. I had to stop the installation as I did not want to risk breaking the glass. The second thing that convinced me that I have made a bad choice was when the plastic clips that hold the thread broke on the one window that i did manage to set it up. All in all I am not happy not I spent over 150 pounds and now have no working blinds plus have a cracked window to fix at some point. I am sorry but it just did not work for me.

Delay in production meant order arrived 3 weeks late, delivery date kept changing even though dates were being confirmed. Communication poor and no response to my final complaint. Quality is not the greatest, you get what you pay for. Very poor will not use again
