Blinds OK but Magic Screen lets through a bit less light than anticipated. No response to email query about incorrect measurement until after calling and missed potential opportunity to update measurement before a blind was made. My fault for messing up the measurement but for anyone reading this I would recommend calling the company rather than emailing the support email address.

Ordered an exact fit blind, the blind was too narrow. Explained to them over the phone and by email, with pictures, the issue and they agreed to make another blind and send it out to the EXACT measurements required. Blind eventually arrived, after having to prompt them twice, and it was even narrower than the original! I requested a refund and was told as it was custom made, their policy was not to issue refunds! Eventually they relented and said they would refund me (although I haven't received the money yet, thankfully it was paid for on credit card).

I cancelled an order for blinds on the 2 May and I am still waiting for the monies to be credited to my credit card account, over three weeks later

Completely disorganised. Ordered blind which didn't come. They said they have a policy of ignoring emails (I sent three) but on the phone they said they had no idea when the blind would be delivered because they are made in Viet Nam. They now email me to say that they dont have the fabric and I have to re-order. Needless to say I have cancelled. It will take 5 days to credit my account but I guess I will have to get it back from the card company.

Sadly not a great experience. Ordered 3 blinds - 2 arrived day later than expected. 1 did not arrive and then received an email a week later to state item was out of stock. No sincere apology and reasonable level of customer service to resolve issue. Won't be using again.

Blinds seem okay but they didn't send any fixings. Spoke to an operative on the phone but he was next to useless. Had to dig out some screws and raw plugs which isn't a major issue but really shouldn't have to after spending over £400. Was offered a £10 refund for my trouble but (after laughing hysterically) I politely refused. Would I use them again? Probably not.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Bad fit, we sent through our actual measurements as the site suggested as it said they would take off the correct amount for the width so that they would fit in the recess however on arrival the blinds were too short, obviously the reason for this is it asks for the shortest point which we gave and then the recess at the top is bigger so the mechanism doesn't fit in the gap - they should rethink the measuring guidelines and I suggest send out a better kit for attaching the blind including spacers that you can add if necessary. Add on poor customer service when I have complained, no follow up, ridiculous requests to "prove" it doesn't fit, which I could only do if I videoed my blind and / or was a contortionist. I did take a photo including of the spacers we have added so we can put up our blind but had no response from the company. I am also wondering how you leave a review on their website as I don't have an option of doing this and all the reviews are 5 star and I don't believe that I am the only person this has happened to - what happens to dissatisfied customer reviews? I am very disappointed and in the grand scheme of things it is only a blind but it will certainly stop me from ordering from this company again as we redecorate our home.

I placed an order on 20th February 2018 B1431096NQ Order was dispatched on 26th February 2018 but never arrived! (we had a bit of snow) After numerous phone calls to yourselves when you had no clue as to what had happened to them I'm still waiting. You had sub-contracted the order to another company. Received an email on 25th March telling me my order was being re-made (no idea why - what happened to the first order?) and that they would be dispatched within the next couple of days. Guess what? I'm still waiting 4th April 2018. Just phoned up again and been told they have no idea what has happened to the blinds. will not be using this company again.

No chain on weights which makes Blinds doesn't work as it should. Mentioned in small prints in description. Contacted customer service. Emailed pictures. Never contacted me back. Very unhappy.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Blinds2go. Ordered blinds which were supposed to be delivered Monday 26th March at the latest. No sign still today on Thursday. Called and was told the driver "couldn't find my house" today - utter nonsense. We live on a normal road in a house/road that has been there since at least the sixties! No one has EVER had a problem finding our address. Was then told that blind won't be delivered until Tuesday 3rd April due to Good Friday/Easter Monday. Appalled by such poor customer service and certainly won't be using again. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Awful service. Waited 3 full days for blinds to be delivered and they still haven't arrived. Everyday I called and was told they would be with me that day only to be told at the end of each day delivery had been changed to the following day. No explanation.

Where to begin. Ordered 24th Feb, as of today 20th March still no blinds, customer service advisors don’t know where the Blinds are, delivery company doesn’t know where the blinds are...I cancelled 3 shifts at work to take delivery on 3 separate days, no blinds...I demanded a refund today and they said that they need a proof of delivery?? I am Promised a call today ??? So upset

The special deal you advertise to upgrade to thermal lining was a complete disaster, it is so light filtering that they cannot be hung in the bedrooms. I am now faced with throwing them out and starting again with a new blind company. Which is a shame as I have the whole downstairs still to furnish. I raised a complaint but so far no one has bothered to contact me!

Blinds arrived the wrong size, Blinds2Go: are now: - refusing to process a refund - passing the blame to me for measuring the blinds wrong even though I have provided evidence to support otherwise - restricting my consumer rights by refusing to provide the name of the alternative dispute resolution service they use so we can solve the issue independently My case has been referred to trading standards and I urge more people who have a bad experience with them to do the same. Wrong size top rails..multiple failed collections to rectify this by UPS. Delays in updates of communication. Arrogant customer service handlers should be sacked.. Is this supposed to be a professional company.. what a joke!!

Measured for two blinds and they came no problem and good quality. Third blind ordered sent wrongly. Customer service shocking. Argumentative on the phone and would not accept they sent the blind wrong. Did not keep in touch with me about the issue avoid .

Not at all helpful. I wanted to check that perfect fit blinds worked on my French doors before ordering 4. I ordered 1 initially and it fitted OK. When I went to order the other 3, the colour I’d selected had been discontinued! Now stuck with 1 totally useless blind. As this was no fault of my own, I went back to Blinds 2go who couldn’t have been less helpful! Thanks .. for nothing. Cheers.
