the blinds arrived but they were made with the measurements back to front so were too short in width and too long in length. I may have put them the wrong way round although I didnt think I had but the problem was I was unable to message them about this as every time I tried it said oops an error has occurred so I am left with useless blinds and no money to buy the correct sizes

Perhaps not fair to be reviewing bad service from them - the problem is with their delivery service UPS - several days waiting in for them to collect a blind for repair . Several days lost annual leave . Had a similar problem when the blinds were delivered. I probably wouldn’t use blinds2go again unless they change their delivery service.

Failed to deliver on their estimated date. Failed to advise new delivery date. Failed to advise being made abroad. Had great service from Blinds Direct regret no using them. Atrocious customer service.

We ordered our blinds and the plastic bit that goes over the top of the blindS are too short so we need a new ones (from elsewhere). Also the strings do not work so we can not open or close the blinds. Would not recommend.

Terrible delivery, literally threw in front door. Poor quality. Would not waste money on this company. Poor customer service too.

Worst company ever. After about 2 weeks my blind arrived with no bracket & was completely damaged. Customer Service & after care is terrible. Have been lied to so many times & i still havent had my issue resolved. Will be taking it further if they carry on - they're an absolute joke. Blamed the delivery company XDP for 'losing' my parcel which wasnt true and completely unfair !!! AVOID.

AVOID!! I ordered 2x Blackout Roman blinds for my bedroom. They DO NOT block out the light. The chain was so short I could hardly reach it to operate them and they are SO slow to go up and down it feels like every morning and evening is an extra chore. After spending >£200 I was expecting a quality, user friendly product. Sadly not the case. Customer services are frustrating to deal with- I’ve had to repeat myself time and time again. They’ve sent me a longer chain but ignored my other complaints and have not offered a refund even though I’ve explained repeatly I’m deeply unsatisfied with the product. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The first time we used Blind 2go it was fantastic though unfortunately my opinion has now changed. We ordered a wooden blind to fit in the recess. First off, delivery was a nightmare, no notification before they attempted delivery and tracking number was incorrect. The delivery company had told B2G that they had tried to deliver 3 times, this wasn't true as we were at home over this. This meant we had to keep calling the delivery and B2G to sort ourselves. Once it was finally delivered the blinds were cut to the right size but the pelmet was too long! I spoke to customer service and they told us to take pictures and they would replace the pelmet. I then get a response to my email saying it's normal for them to be the wrong size and we can easily cut to fit with a saw! That's not really why you buy made to measure. All in all poor service considering the cost this time.

Order placed on the 17th November. Estimated delivery date was the 5th of December - paid in full. Contacted after sales around December 9th, who assured me that the product would be with me by December 16th. Still no arrival. Update on website shows it should arrive for Christmas. Contacted sales - asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the runaround. Still no idea of when it will arrive. Requested a cancellation. They advised that they would email me back. Again I insisted that I wanted to cancel as I need the blinds now. I would not have placed the order if I knew that it would be 2 weeks over the delivery date and no confirmed date after that point either. They still have not confirmed whether they have cancelled the order or not.

Ordered over a month ago and still not received. Useless customer service agent and just told me lies advising the items would be dispatched this week. No follow up communication from the company. There are plenty of other blind companies and I’m still getting emails about ordering now and receiving blinds before Xmas, 10 days away! I don’t think so. Very disappointed!

Ordered Venetian blind on 13th Oct that's 7 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Have had no end of delivery dates but none have been met. Phoned and was told it had been despatched and I would get an email to confirm but still nothing. Left a bad review on trust pilot then got an email to say it would be looked at and guess what ! NOTHING.

I originally ordered my blinds on the 29/10/2019 and I was assured that these would be produced and dispatched within 10-14 working days. With this in mind I removed the existing curtains and decorated in preparation for arrival of the new blinds. Having not received any correspondence from Blinds to go I called them to be notified that these were delayed due to shipping issues and that I would receive the blinds no later than the 29/11/2019 over 1 month from the point of original order. Today I received an email to notify me that they would not be dispatched until the 09/12/2019.... I am currently sat with no coverings in my living room, on the main road with all the world to see in. At this rate I am hopeful that I will receive them by Christmas. Appalling service, very poor communication.... AVOID!!

Ordered two venetian blinds; one was the wrong colour, the other has been delayed so still have not received it. The company have a zero returns policy so are unwilling to swap the blind. Even though the product delivered was labelled with a different colour than the product I ordered, it was my fault for not ordering a sample first!

Terrible Customer Service, Blinds2Go sent out multiple wrong items, cut at the wrong size. Cords delivered too short. B2G had multiple times to get it right but they still dont. Delivery also not on time, and no estimated delivery day provided to be home when they come. Do not recommend this company, and will never order with them again.

It sucks bad quality and is coming already off. Not to add that you will receive 5 emails a day with negligible discounts.
