Bad service but it seems you can't leave bad reviews this company is a joke over three months for a replacement blind that's very bad service I'm going to another company and asked for my money back will never use this company ever again take your money then the service becomes so bad avoid like covid 19

What a joke this place is,ordered four blinds one was damaged by DX which is ranked really bad as a courier company so my wait for a replacement blind is ten weeks really disappointed about the bad service asked for my money back in the end went to Hillary's which had a better delivery time and a little cheap and a much better service avoid like covid 19

No contact number during the COVID19 pandemic and despite the option for online chat, there are no agents available. They are still accepting orders and I have received 5 different dispatch dates from an order placed mid-May now not likely to receive until the end of June - if the dates are correct! Very disappointing, placed several orders in the past with no issues, if Blinds2Go cannot keep up with the orders being received or there is a delay in manufacturing and service levels are down they should adjust for this!

I was charged twice for the same order. No response to my numerous emails. Appalling customer care so far. Frankly not worth the stress.

To be fair the quality of our vertical blinds is good, but I have a problem. Having ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds 1 of our head rails was manufactured to the wrong size by blinds-2go, unfortunately due to the pandemic I am not able to contact them by phone and they don't respond to their Web chat messenger! After numerous emails to their customer care email service, I have had contact with 3 advisers, none resolving my issue. Having supplied them with the pictures and details as requested, I get no further response! This is not the customer care I would expect from this company as it would appear they have a reasonably good history of reviews from satisfied customers. Moral of this review is if you have a problem you are on your own and I feel the only way to resolved this is now to pursue a refund through my credit card company. Blinds arrived 30mm shorter than what I asked for so are far to short

We wanted replacement blinds. We asked for a width of 48 inches (which was the width of the old blinds). On the order, we were asked if the window was recess: to which we answered YES. The blinds that arrived were only 46.25 inches wide, which meant that the fastenings could not be fitted within the existing window frame! If you want replacement blinds: go elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered 2 Louvre Blinds , got the rails delivered but no Louvres, have emailed them 3times and had a conversation with customer service but all to no avail, still no louvres and no contact back to advise me of progress.

I purchased 2 sets of blinds on 21st April and recieved them the other day. I had someone come and put them up in my flat. I had to pay him 100pounds to fit them as it is a very long window He needed to bring a long ladder to get up to the top of the window to fit. After fitting them he and I realized the cords for opening and closing were only 6inches long. Also the cords for up and down only half way down the window. This means to do any of the above I would need to get someone with long ladder round to do it. Impossible.I was online thismorning and waited 1 and half hours and still no one replied. I tried ringing your number and was told customer services are working from home!!! I am a nurse working on the front line and stressed enough without this added stress. I wonder what my patients would think if they waited 1and half hour ringing their bell for help and no one appeared. I would be sacked. I would also be ashamed of myself please get back to me asap to have this problem addressed

Poor customer service (can't use my blinds) I bought a double blind roller. It has been two weeks that I received my blinds and can't use it as they came with the wrong brackets and after being around a week dealing with the customer service department. They sent to me (very quickly) new brackets, which were also wrong: too small for my blind and also for single one (I bought the double ones). Now it's been 4 days trying to contact customers service without answer. Poor service for the cost.

Very poor experience. Needed blinds for large flat so ordered single blind first to test service. This order has gone badly. Last correspondence with B2G said they never received order but payment has cleared my account. Can not contact direct and wait an age for reply.

I ordered three blinds on Apr 16th and it’s now 1st June and still haven’t got them. Apparently they went to my previous address even though I updated my address when I placed my order. The delivery people returned the blinds to the sender and I think the blinds are lost now because Blindstogo keeps saying that they haven’t got the blinds yet to send them to me. I am absolutely fed up, especially because there is no telephone line to contact and I have to wait in a LONG queue for a live chat which is usually useless! The staff at the customer service are mostly either not helpful or very rude. I ordered my blinds from this company because of their advertised quick delivery and here I am a months and a half later waiting for them and can’t have a decent sleep at night because my bedroom is not dark enough since I have no blinds!

I’m still waiting as I received 2 blinds a different colour to my 1st order and my 3rd order came way back to short, I have sent several emails and they ask to send pictures in I have done this over 3 times now a month later still no look.

They shortened head rail by 10mm so was just too tight for my window. All l got was you need to buy another head rail! Plus can only order by their very poor online chat which doesn’t work. Never buy from them because when things go slightly wrong they drop you.

I ordered on the 13th May, website said 7-10 day dispatch. The money has been paid but no confirmation email received and no delivery date. I have been sending messages and trying to phone for details and no one has replied! Very frustrating!!

I ordered 18th April and six anticipated dispatch dates were given with the last being the beginning of June. It turned up on the 27th May which was great. The instructions given to pre drill for the brackets is nothing like the brackets provided, the build quality is not the best and to top it all I ordered a gunmetal finish; the body is black with gun metal slats (not as described when I ordered) photo attached.

My order keeps been put back on delivery. I understand the climate but why take orders if you can't keep your delivery day. Ive been waiting over a month and the delivery date keeps been out back. With no one contact me

Rubbish. First no fittings then got fittings. Then no chains to move them up and down . Not going to use any of the blinds I bought waste of £250 cheap ones from amazon better
