I ordered conservatory blinds in 2018. They were very good and fitted perfectly. I ordered some more to match a couple of weeks ago, using the original 2018 order details for the correct colour reference etc. They arrived but in a completely different colour!! Contacted them to get it corrected and they are not interested stating that they cannot guarantee an exact match. I can accept that but LIGHT GREY to BROWN, really?? They offered me a discount to re-order them!! What will they send me, grey or brown, or another random colour of their choice? Their after sales service is appalling. I even sent them an image in natural light showing the colour difference. Literally light grey against brown!!! I've gone from recommending them to telling others to avoid them as their customer care and after sales are awful.

Ordered a white roller blind. When the blind arrived it was not white. The label attached to the blind said “dirty white”. I contacted blinds 2 go via live chat, after a long wait was told that in the description on their website the blind was described as “off white” I asked the agent to show me where but they refused. I took a screenshot from their website and from the confirmation email they had sent me 2 weeks before showing that The blind we ordered was in fact described as “white”. The ignored this and said that it’s a made to measure item and they do not have to swap it for a white one. The website is so misleading then. Disgusting customer service! Avoid them!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago expected delivery 14th they still have not arrived and status still says order processing have emailed the company and had no response back I have used this company before and service was very good

Ordered a white blind, when it arrived it was not white. The tag on the blind said “dirty white” contacted blinds 2 go regarding this. They said it states “off white” on the website. We sent a screenshot from their site where it says “white” and a copy of our order where it also says “white” only to be told they would not swap the blind to the correct colour. Disgusting!

1star only because your after sales are rubbish I have a Faulty blind numerous attempts to email and online chat to get this sorted to no avail I’ve left my email address and phone number really unhappy about this situation as I ordered 4 blinds this time and my second big order Order number B30164399wb My mob 07919037456

Poor quality control. One of the vertical blinds was incorrectly assembled which meant that some of the slats remained partially open when the blind was in the closed position.

ordered 2 blinds 1 of which was recess size and the other ,ie the smaller one was exact size came wrong,it came as recessed size, 30 mm narrower than it should have been, but did not complain as I could not be bothered with the hassle of wasting my time and effort ,so I will not be buying any more from blinds2go, I will be going somewhere else

Referred by friends in 2015. Have 6 blinds already but need another 5. Don't know original venetian blind and tape colours. The 3rd Sample delivery is short. The 6th live text person cut me off. Nobody wants to look up the old order number so I know what colours to order

3 blinds ordered on 16th April and given a delivery date of 10-14 days. Their email response is appalling and when I track my order it states delivery is estimated around 25th May (42 days) and the blinds are manufactured abroad (probably China) a fact which they blatantly omitted to state on the order...knowing full well that most people would not have ordered from them. Not responding to emails either, so I am having to revert to my credit card company for a refund. BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED SELLERS and of course they took my money on the 16th April.

The order arrived plus part of someone else's order. When we came to put them up there were no brackets. I contacted them via email and was told that someone would contact me. I have tried since and just get the message 'Whoops something has gone wrong'

Ordered the duo-light blind for one of my windows with the idea of doing the rest (no chance). Fitting the connecting plate to the window seal was a nightmare , despite using the washing up liquid as recommended.Fitted the blind and despite the measuring being accurate (double checked by son in law who is in the building trade) there were gaps at the top and sides.Not impressed with the fit and will probably shop around for a better product.

Purchased Venetian blinds that were listed as waterproof and ideal for a bathroom. Within 2 years it rusted, clearly a material fault. And when I spoke to them to complain I was brushed off with warranty excludes Water or moisture damage. This company have clearly Misold me a product. See the advert from their website (in the pics) See the blinds (in the pics) I do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

I placed my order over 24 days ago now for a blind which was due to be delivered 14-21. I had to chase them after the delivery network said it was damaged, then another week after it returned I had to chase again. Serbina was far from helpful not even responding to what I was asking. Now I'm being told I have to wait another 21 days and there is no way for them to prioritize re-works. B29771897WB

Ordered blinds and received all the wrong size and colour. Called customer service to be told it was our fault as we did not order a sample size. They also said they change the measurements as people tend to not measure properly. They should go on what customers ask for, not give them something different based on assumptions! Did not receive a refund and terrible customer service!

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and I would not recommend them. Blinds2go sold me 2 roof window blinds that were the wrong size. I returned the blinds and only got a partial refund - they did not refund the delivery costs. They told me they don't even sell the blinds for my windows.

Blinds came in good time but we're the wrong size. My fiance participated in an online chat to be told that it was our fault. We know how to measure for blinds and have done this on several occasions. We clearly indicated what size we needed and they sent us blinds that were too small. Why ask a customer what they want to order and then deliver something different? We were then told we would not receive a refund as they are made to order... Even though they clearly were not what we ordered. Very poor customer service.

The blind arrived quickly but with one piece missing, they have now sent a new part but it is not for my blind so now had to stand down the fitter twice! This is costing me money! Shocking service.

Material is good but the build/finish of the blind is very poor. Customer Service was not helpful in any shape or form.  Waste of £180. Will not buy again.

There were no fitting instructions supplied with the blind. It wasn't assembled when it arrived and was rolled inside out. The blind took over 10 days to arrive. Not pleased with the blind, poor quality for the cost.
