I have ordered from this company many times, although mainly when they were under the name Tuiss. All my blinds were well made and the delivery was very quick and efficient. Unfortunately this time I had order dates that weren’t met 3 times and when my blind eventually arrived I was just sent instructions how to change over the pull and raise chain as it had arrived on the wrong side. All in all I was rather disappointed with the service this time. I received a rather small discount but it has deterred me from using them again and recommending which I have done in the past.

One of the blinds is poorly cut. The bottom of the blind is askew by a couple of mm.

I have ordered many blinds from this company before abd never had a problem. Not tbis time though. I ordered conservatory blinds that clip in between the glass and the beads. Fitting them was fairly straight forward but the quality and performance is very poor. When the blinds are closed they fall down about an inch over night. I have tried to adjust them on the strings but it keeps happening. Also very poor fit at the top and the bottom where the blinds meet the brackets. All in all I wish I had saved my money

After watching the instruction on opening, unpacking and installing. 1.5hrs later one of the 4 blinds is 80% operational. The cords have been tightened and loosened and the blinds will not stop up. The left side droops and looks shocking I’m not sure I have the patience to try and install any others. At the moment it’s a total waste of time and money

Product itself looks generally OK but I think overpriced for the quality. The delivery box was open when I received it and there was a part missing. When calling to ask for the part the call desk did not know the part number and description as it was written on the instruction. The instructions themselves were vary faintly printed out on a single piece of A4, certainly not what you expect (after shopping at IKEA) and spending the amount I did. Probably won't use them again. On the phone with them now and I have been placed on hold for over 8 minutes.

After our last order with blinds2go having gone wrong we decided to give them another go. The wrong brackets arrived with our blind. The order was for top fixing blinds and they sent front facing brackets. We also had to adjust the pulley string as this was dangling down at the top. The blinds are now up and do look great but I don't expect to have to get my husband to drill into the blind to make the brackets work. We didn't want to have to wait for the right thing to be sent out as this should have right in the first place.

I paid for express delivery on 5 blinds. They sent one the next day and I had to wait nearly a month for the rest. Very poor service indeed

Order was processed & delivered quickly. It was packaged well & it's a good quality blind but despite following the measuring instructions (& ringing customer services to double check) the blind was a half inch too short to fit into the recess.

The drop I received is 101cm not 201cm as oedered!

When the blind arrived and I unpacked it the top of the blind was buckled which means the slats near the top of the blind are also buckled. So much for your quality control. I managed to fit this blind eventually. I did not return this blind as I needed the blind urgently

I have always ordered a number of blinds and recommended to all family and friends but twice now they have sent blinds which were perfect but the pelmets always way too big.

Received blind but didn't check it until it was being put up. On checking the blind we found a hole and a bit of fraying. For an expensive made to measure blind, quality control is pretty poor. Put blind up as we were desperate to have blind at bathroom window. Not sure if I'd use company again.

The color of the fabric was not accurately reflected in the pictures. The screws and plugs provided to install the blinds were of very poor quality. We had to supply our own after wasting time trying to use the ones provided.

I have purchase several blinds fron Blinds 2go. Blind fine. However accessories random. Pelmets with no fittings, bits missing, wrong length, of pelmet to blind! generally shoddy. A serious lack of attention to detail.

I have had three blinds from this company 2 were the wrong size. But in their defence were replaced promptly. I ordered samples around 14 days ago and I still await, I am assuming that they want no further business from me because I complained of the wrong sized blinds? Using an alternative who have not made a mistake. Less than 24 hours to receive samples and blinds delivered the correct measurements.

The blinds are well made with good quality fabric and a wide range of patterns. BUT, the brackets that are supplied to fix the blinds to the wall/recess are the worst I have ever come across and I have put a fair few blinds up in my time. I ordered 6 blinds and have only managed to put 3 up successfully. The other 3 have been a disaster, constantly falling down because you can't snap them into place properly and are currently sitting in a pile in a corner because the others were so difficult to put up that I can't face trying to put the rest up any more. Very depressing and frustrating experience.

I placed my order on the 17th May. The product is yet to arrive and they the delivery time of the 26th May- 1st June will not be met having just spoke to a customer services adviser from blinds to go. Even though they advertise a 5-7 day delivery time, they just said they they wont even meet the expected delivery of the 26th May- 1st June (Which is already past the 5-7day delivery time). They now expect delivery to be on the 5th/6th June! Some may call me impatient, however if I knew they could not meet their estimated delivery time or close to, I would not have ordered from them.
