“My wife ordered 3 sets of wooden effect Venetian blinds. I've only put the large living room one up so far as we are waiting for the other room to be decorated. Anyway, the blinds took no time at all to come and looked great so far everything was good. Then during putting it up I noticed the pelmet at the top was too small, ok so we spoke to blinds 2 go and after a couple of weeks they sent another out and it looks great. Now it's been a month and now the problems have started. The blinds appear to be warping, it's not near a fire and a good distance to a radiator, but you'd expect that they'd tested to heat pressure ie when the sun hits? Anyway the two top blinds have clearly warped and now there is a gap and there is no reason for it apart from the quality of the product. My wife's emailed them again a week ago but still no reply. Overall after spending a lot of money on the blinds I'm really annoyed not only at the quality but the service. I'm really really surprised at the excellent overall rating as my experience has been far from it with blinds 2 go.”

“The quality of the blinds is great. The problem is they don't know how to deliver the things! I live in a normal road in Hammersmith in London and for some reason they can never get UPS to deliver them properly. I have to spend ages on the phone to UPS and Blinds2go and then they just blame each other for their ineptitude!”
