Half the blinds where set as open and the other half was set as closed i had to take apart put them back to the right postion then put all back together

The fabric looks and feels like plastic and the colour doesn't match the picture on the web. This compares unfavourably to blinds that I bought from John Lewis that look and feel more like material. The chain mechanism also looks very cheap Delivery of the blinds was delayed

Quality of the manufacture was not very good, stitching on the top side,completely different from previous blinds which were very good. I had hoped to get the same quality again.

The service was good ordering online was easy, delivery was fast, fitting the blinds was easy and quick, quality of material was good only downside was when blinds are closed they look poor because you can see light though the blades as they don't touch at the bottom where the weights and creases are they look good open but you still the creases, they were cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for, I would recommend with caution that you don't look at them when they are closed.

To date I am still waiting for my blinds although monies have been taken from my bank account. This is the second time I have ordered from your company . The first time the blinds arrived within the time scales and was pleased with product. This time I ordered three with free delivery. The delivery company XDP Express are appalling saying they have tried to deliver and left a card , got lost despite having a landline and mobile for contact. Throughout this I have to say that customer service from Blinds2go has been very good. The fault lies with the delivery service. I suspect that they use them when delivery is free. Customer services have come up with a solution and I am hopeful that I will get my blinds in the next few weeks.

Out of 5 blinds 1 of 5 was wrong handed, 2 of 5 seam sewing was inaccurate and 3 of 5 the control strings were trapped in the top and would not operate. The other 2 were good. I fixed all the defects myself.

This is the third roller blind I have had from blinds2go. The previous two purchases were absolutely fine and I was very happy the items and they fitted well.However this blind did not fit at all.I double checked the recess measurement I had provided blinds2go and it was correct.The blind had been provided too short.This was our most expensive purchase from them as it was waterproof bathroom blind, costing almost £100 with delivery costs.My husband and I spent over two hours putting spacers in behind the brackets in order to get it to fit. Somone at blinds2go must have cut the measurements of the blind incorrectly

Not good quality. Poorly finished. Stitching along bottom of roller blind not in a straight line on anyof the 3 blinds pole only fits on one of the blinds not stitched into place. Have bought cheaper blinds on the high street and they have been better finished and better quality all round. Would not use this company again.

The blinds I ordered were finished to a different quality but there was nothing included in the description of the materials which alluded to this. After I complained blinds 2 go have not got back to me after they said they would look into it.

One of the brackets which holds the headrail is slightly larger than the others so the rail is only held at the front. The tilt didn't work at first but after removing the head rail (which is very difficult to unclip) the rod which fixes into the tilt mechanism is very short and had slid out. The end brackets are a very loose fit and came out every time the headrail was removed. One of the slats has a small pin hole in which fortunately is only noticeable if tilted a certain way. Packaging of the blind could be better as the top three slats bend at the ends. When I first found the website everything looked fantastic, I sent off for samples and was very impressed, reviews were excellent, in fact looking back too good!!

The blind is very nice and was delivered efficiently. However, when I took it out of the box it had a big dent right in the middle of the top frame . The box was not damaged so this had clearly happened before it was packed. As o am on a right deadly he tj get the room ready and had already arranged for someone to be there to fix it I didn't want to delay things by returning it. I am disappointed though.

Really sorry to mark you as poor as the blinds, now they are up, are lovely but there were no pads to stick the fascia type front to hide the mechanism for either blind and one had not been cut to size and was much too long. The tradesman I had employed to put them up had to drive to a DIY shop to get pads which cost me more money as I paid him for his time. I will buy blinds from you again as it was easy and love the fact you can get samples sent but was very disappointed, and surprised, on the day. On one front fascia bit still keeps falling off.

The binds were left on my doorstep by the courier. Very disappointed with the fit of the blinds on the window. We ordered for privacy so have the shutters open. They either sit about an inch to short when open or if you make it longer it all goes baggy and looks ridiculous. If you have the blinds closed the fit is perfect so unless we walk around with the light on all the time they look rubbish.waste of money.

Wrong order. My fault, however Blinds2go could have done more to rectify this. When I asked for discount off next order to reduce my loss they refused.
