Blinds took ages to arrive then didn’t close properly leaving gaps between the slats. One slat had a chunk missing which let loads of light through. Promised refund in 7-10 working days! Wouldn’t use again! Ordered from Wilson’s blinds which arrived perfect in half the time!

BE AWARE- always request a sample before ordering. I ordered multi stem warm grey blinds. They looked grey on website and as the description suggested warm grey. When they arrived no grey in blinds at all. When I contacted blinds2go was told nothing they could do as that's what i ordered. How they can state warm grey when clearly no grey at all. I have also emailed orla kiely to advise.

Brackets badly designed. Mechanism did not work. Difficult to install without causing some amount of damage to the blind.

This company does not even make blinds. They are a middle man online retailer. I am still waiting for my blinds which they say are being shipped from whatever country makes them. It now explains why my blinds from Swift arrived within 7 days and these have still not arrived. Asked my credit card company for a refund. Given a tracking number 2 weeks ago which again is a lie.

A really bad service. Ordered blinds from this and a few other companies including Swift. I am still waiting for my order from Blinds2go 10 days after receiving a tracking number. UPS says they have not yet received the parcel but they gave a tracking number. Called customer service and he was rude and most unhelpful.

Poor quality and different colour Venetian Blind. Having used this company for many years without issue. This will be my last order with them. Customer services are ineffective and will not address any issues, I've had several emails saying there is nothing they can do. I would argue that my consumer rights are being infringed as the goods supplied are not as described. I would recommend that you look for another supplier rather than use Blinds2go.

The reason they have such high ratings on their website and social media is because they delete all negative comments and block paying customers on Instagram who haven’t received their order after 10 weeks! They have taken my money for an order they can’t fulfil!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with Blinds2Go has been appalling. I’d just moved into my new home at the start of August and I ordered 7 wooden blinds for the front of my house on the 16th August after a bit of shopping around online. 13 weeks later and I’ve now cancelled the order after shocking customer service. The delivery date was pushed back 7 times and to this day I still haven’t been told what the delay was caused by. I was never told about the delays by a member of customer services, I was only updated by checking myself daily using their tracking system. Eventually I began emailing and calling to get answers, and the responses I got were “we don’t get told what the delays are by the production team”. This is not how you operate an online business. Communication is key. Then a customer service rep suggested I change my order to a different product. So I ordered more samples to select one that was most similar to the product I originally ordered. They then told me I would have to wait another 36 working days on top of the already 65 working days I’d already waited. They had “no way of fast tracking the ‘new’ order”. I’ve since had a refund and empty apologies. It is unacceptable for a company to hold onto customer’s money for 13 weeks and not deliver on their promises. I have since ordered from Swift Direct Blinds on the 30th October and received my order on 4th November. I placed and received an order in less time with them than it took for Blinds2go to process my refund. Avoid at all costs! Swift direct blinds are the same price more or less so I would highly recommend them.

I ordered blinds from three different blind companies and all arrived before or on time. Promised delivery 2nd November and now a revised date of 11th November. No communication whatsoever. Won't be ordering again.

Have used blinds to go many times with no issues. Usually good quality at reasonable price This time worst time ever will never use again!!! 😔 NEVER AGAIN 😞😡😡😡😡😡 Ordered before completely gutted bedroom. Well over two months ago! Bedroom has been decorated carpeted, designed manufactured built then fitted. Guess what still waiting for the blinds old blinds thrown away so got decorating sheets hanging up windows. Blinds to go has let us down big time!!!! 😠😠 Today the blinds have turned up. Unfortunately they obviously didn't look at the measurements!!🤔🤔 Blinds to go STATES If fitting in a recess give exact measurements Blinds to go will deduct a small amount for the perfect fit! "DO NOT DEDUCT YOURSELF" Which we did to the letter. Blinds to go have made them to exact measurements. But not only that! They were to fit in a recess top of blind fits tight bottom is over 1cm bigger!! 😮 So obviously won't fit in the recess unless I cut it myself!! Valance is 4cm bigger than recess!!! Defeating the object of ordering!! It's not rocket science 😔 The little Blinds to go decals are upside down and at 45 degrees angle. Maybe they had a few drinks before sticking it on!! The actual top of blind (the metal part with workings in) looks like a blind man cut it with a blunt saw!!!! 😮 It's bent twisted and got jagged torn edges. Very bad quality worst I've ever seen. Blinds to go u have let yourself down With shoddy poor quality workmanship What has gone wrong!!! Quality is usually good!! This time rubbish. Why has it taken over 2 months to produce simple set of blinds that normally take around 2 weeks!!! Worst experience ever had and I'm a regular customer.

Avoid at all costs ordered White blinds an received champagne coloured and they are supposed to match a previous order! Customer service is shocking and won't do anything I've now got £500 of rubbish- you have been warned

Ordered a blackout blind, when it came there were 2cm gaps down each side of the window!! So it doesn't block the light out at all. Their response: 'The fabric of the blind ordered is Blackout, the light would not be coming through the fabric, your roller blind is fitted inside the recess, therefore there will some light leakage around the edges. The finished blind has come at the correct size and unfortunately we would not be able to refund for this blind Thanks very much for that then! Blind is useless.

Placed my order on 30th August with an estimated dispatch of 28th September. When that date came and went I called customer services who said that the blind I ordered is out of stock and that the production team had not notified them but they could upgrade my blind to the larger slats at no cost to me and would put them through production urgently and get them to me ASAP. I checked progress which stated 26th October so not Urgent at all so I called customer services again and they advised that the 'upgraded' blinds were also out of stock and would be dispatched w/c 26th October. I've been checking online daily and now my dispatch date has been put back to w/c 3rd November. If I'd not checked or contacted customer services I'd really be none the wiser. Such poor customer service ftom such a large company. So disappointed.

Took ages, came in dribs and drabs. Blind faulty, customer service terrible. Kept coming up with inefficient solutions and then decided to send a replacement headrail. Sent out very quickly but this was buckled and bent. Eventually they agreed a refund which was put into my bank but guess what not the full amount. Fourth email sent regarding this so will wait and see how long it takes them to reply this time (averages out at 48-72hrs each time) and what the outcome will be.

Still awaiting order since August. My next date for delivery is November this date gets shifted every week. I have tried to cancel my order but they say this takes 48 hours to get a reply. I requested my cancellation on the 21 at of October and still after several phone calls and E mails they say they are waiting on a reply from the manufacturer. This is not good enough. I requested to speak with a manager and it will take a further 48 hours for a call from them.. unbelievable!! Go somewhere else and Don't order from this company unless you want to wait months and still not have blinds.

I ordered my wooden venetian blinds 2 months ago. Each week the order is delayed yet again. Terrible service with no explanation why this happening. When I call the helpline the line goes dead.

We ordered a set of blinds in June 2020 and did not receive them until late August 2020, upon taking delivery of the blinds, one of the two sets were broken beyond repair - After a long-winded process trying to obtain a replacement, we have now been given two revised dates which have since changed to November 2020, which is now a 5 month process since places the original order. We understand and can appreciate that given the pandemic, production rates may have been affected, however the lack of accountability for this poor service and experience has left us feeling frustrated, having waited 5 months and still only receiving 50% of our order - We had planned to order a further 4 custom made to measure blinds from this company, which we have now decided against.

Order if you are not desperate for the item to arrive... boyfriend ordered 3 months and still waiting for the order! He received an email today after chasing several times only to be told we have to wait another month!!! Won't bother ordering from this company again. I don't recommend this firm.
