Can you please stop messing around and send my other 3 blinds, yous are doing your best to stick your heads in the sand, but im one guy who will, take this to another level. Il be informing trading standards, from your reviews, its obvious yous are stealing money, I think (rouge traders) needs involving!

Ordered blinds I made a mistake and pressed exact fit so the blinds were too long I paid extra for new ones been sent head rails not blinds and they won’t do anything unless I pay again absolute joke

I have had blinds on order since November with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I have been updated through there website being told that they are currently being made and will be dispatched 18/12/20..!!!! Today I have been informed that it was a lie and have had no stock!! Would of been to nice to know earlier........Won't be using them again

These guys offered a fast delivery service for an extra 15£ i paid for this, but after two weeks I had to contact them as they did indeed bother informing me they had issues with supplies,they then sent 1 blind, after three weeks, with no Information on weather they had sent all for when I reported this, after three emails telling them I received 1 not 4, I gave up as they were obviously acting stupid, and could not confirm what they actually sent me , I gave up then as they avoided the question. I've asked 5 times for a refund, but refuse to refund me, they have no customer service and lie.

Ordered a bespoke set of blinds 1st October with a delivery date of 7th December .... which was a long time but we accepted. Got an email to say it was then put back to w/c 14th December due to awaiting stock. Then on 15th December got another update to say it would be 25th January at earliest. I realise there have been problems in 2020, but surely if a company can't supply a product they have taken money for (£117) within 4 months - then this isn't very good. Emailed to ask to cancel order and refund - NO response. 3 days later - tried to Phone - NO answer ...held on phone for ages on a couple of occasions - still no response !! Do these people exist?

Not Impressed. I have used this company many times before, but was recently shocked at the reduction in quality. The Rigid PVC Slats were even thinner and the fittings more feeble. Not Again!

Never again. Lies,lies,lies. Was given a date for delivery with a 4 hour slot, 3.5 hours before delivery, I was sent a txt, it was cancelled, with a message saying it would be delivered in 2 days, j checked the update on my order,(2days after) to see a message saying it was left at my front door yesterday, no blind is here. Very quick to take the money out of my account though.

Ordered blinds 4th November, promised within 3 weeks, still waiting December 11th with no sign of blinds and message saying before Christmas delivery, absolutely disgraceful service. Not at all happy! Very poor service, as you're advertising today before Christmas delivery, what a joke!

MUST AVOID!!! If I could give zero star...! On the time of placing my order, the delivery time stated between 14 to 21 days. Today is 7 weeks from the day that I placed my order and their delivery keeps getting postponed! At this time, my delivery date is set as January 18th!!!! which is going to be 13 weeks.... Interesting enough, their message is 'Sorry, we have a SLIGHT delay' Either you don't know what 'Slightly' means or you are counting customers as bunch of idiots! Ordering my blinds with Blids2Go was my biggest mistake!

First of, please ignore the Trustedreview reviews, they have a paid account there which means its easier to remove bad reviews and notice all the good reviews are invited (with incentives). About me, I've bought from them twice, problems twice. 1st time: Go cordless honeycomb blinds and the tabs to pull them down were impossible to install and was easy to damage the blinds when installing them. They admitted it was difficult to install. I never installed them because didn't want the headache of damaging the blinds. Anyway, made the mistake of ordering from them again... 2nd time: Got these cool vista/tuiss day night type blinds. Unfortunately they came apart as soon as we unrolled it. Tried to email them to get this sorted after waiting 3 weeks for the product and 3 emails, 3 week days later, not even a single reply. Online businesses like this require lots of trust and quick communications with customers. They have not got this. Avoid.

If only I had the option of selecting zero stars... I have had a really awful experience... called to say my blind wasn't the correct size (as I had ordered) and the 'Customer Service' person blamed me, argued with me and quite frankly was the rudest person I have ever dealt with over the phone. He completely ruined my day and upset me.

Product description on magic screens a little misleading it's states privacy not able to see in unfortunately this is untrue especially at night when light is on.

Blinds have arrive damaged with scratch marks and chips out of them. The front panel to cover the metal blind frames have pencil marks where it has been cut but it hasn’t even been cut to the correct length and is to big. Really poor quality and a waste of money.

One of the worst customer services I have ever encountered. After long discussion and following company’s instructions they helped me make an order over the phone to make sure the measurements were right. However the blinds came short and they were of no use. The customer service blamed me and while I was talking to their team support the hang up the phone twice. They never took responsibility for the mistake and they were totally unhelpful. Had to contact my bank to try to get my money back. Just go for another company to get your blinds from, someone professional and helpful for a start.

Dreadful service & flimsy product. We ordered two of the Duolight thermal blinds for the lounge. Delivery was approximated at around 2 weeks, after 2 weeks (9th November)we got a UPS delivery request notification yet delivery of one blind was 17th and the other on 18th (with the blind hanging out of the box). Did call in for help in the meantime but kept getting 'fobbed off' with comments like 'ah yeah, we know we've got a problem, you'll just have to wait'!! Just fitted them and found them to be cheap and flimsy, certainly do not look to be worth what we paid. Far from impressed

I ordered my blinds on the 26 september, and as of today (28 nov) they still haven't arrived and according to the email I have just received it wont be untill the week commencing the 8 december, Of which I obviously dont beleive as so far I have been told I would receive them on the 3rd of November, then the 30th november now 8 Dec, I have spoken to somebody at the company and was told they would look at compensation but only after they are delivered?! She also stated she would personally deal with this order and contact me to let me know what is happening and guess what? ... I have never heard from her since ( over 4 weeks! ) My experience so far has been absolutely dismal

Blind colour on the website was nowhere near the colour of the blind that arrived and then after that they sent me a sample? the blind wasnt cheap neither, it left me in a right mess and they are now offering a small discount to order a new blind!!!

every blind was the wrong size. I didnt bother to contact them because they arent easy people to deal with. Last lot I got from them 2 blinds out of 10 were also wrong and they didnt change them and I had to rebuy again in the right size.
