Ordered from you several times before, blinds are great,easy to fit and great quality.... Until you get a faulty one like we did this time. Ignoring emails, no correspondence at all. Day 12 no reply, £70 worse off and a useless blind that won't go up or down. Very poor customer service

An absolute shambles. Ordered roller blinds delivery was 10-12 days, it’s now 7 weeks later and no blinds! After contacting on social media and via email I had a response saying we are looking into it but this was 4 weeks ago and since emailing and messaging them over and over after the intital message I have simply been ignored. Messages on instagram are read but not responded and emails are now being ignored. What am I meant to do here? They have simply took my money, not delivered product and are now ignoring any contact? Do not order from these guys absolutely shocking.

Terrible customer service. Wrong colour sent. My fault apparently! Taken 10 days to respond to query. Great product, shame no willingness to resolve issue.

Poor quality supposed black out blinds, blinds came far too small thus not making them black out, the rolling system is also cheap as the blinds bind on the chain system. Tried to contact customer service regarding a return and have been ignored. Very poor product and service.

Orderd blinds for a big patio door, The blinds arrived very late nearly 2 months after ordering. When the vertical blinds arrived they arrived in 2 sections slightly too long so I just installed one slightly behind the other rather than say anything but this meant that either the blinds when closed was in the middle of the door way or the strings to pull them shut was. I have sent countless emails to try and get a response but have not had one back still to this day nearly two weeeks after sending the first email!. I am very unhappy and appauled with the customer service they really do not deserve to be in business. typical big company got big and then forgets to care about customers.

Purchased vertical blinds which were ok. Ordered roller blind which arrived to short. We re checked our measurements and was correct allowed recess as per website but was told we was still wrong. Terrible as we spent a lot of money. Wont use again as after sales appalling

Incorrect product imagery, absent customer service, badly managed complaint. No reply from customer service in over a week. A quick summary: Ordered six pairs of blinds, delivered 2.5 weeks after ordering. All six pairs of blinds came with a different style pelmet (the piece of wood that covers the aluminium housing that hold the blind mechanics) than advertised, with returns that aren’t cut to size, complete with ugly plastic corner fittings to attach the returns. One pair of blinds also came with a broken cord consolidator. After deciding I would do some DIY to make my own pelmets, I complained and the company said they’d send out correct size returns and some longer pelmets for me, as well as a small refund. But we didn’t receive six new pelmets, we received four replacement pelmets that were a consistently lighter shade than our blinds, and have not heard anything from blinds to go, despite repeated emails, and attempts to contact via live chat, for over a week. It seems they’ve opted to ignore me. On the upside - the actual blinds are fine and look nice, though as I’ve now discovered, you can do a search for ‘wood Venetian blind’ on AliExpress, and find identical blinds custom made on there, at a lower cost. And they even show the correct pelmet style.... just food for thought. Longer version: At the end of April, I placed an order for six sets of blinds - price was good, the samples we’d received looked good, and the style on the website looked nice. However, almost three weeks later when the blinds arrived, we opened the first of the packages to find out they included a pelmet of an entirely different style than what’s advertised on the website. If you’re ordering the solid wood Venetian blinds - be aware that what’s advertised isn’t what you’ll receive. In order to find out what you’re getting, you’ll need to open the ‘fitting instructions’, as I was informed when I complained about the blinds. However, we actually preferred this new style, if it weren’t for the fact it came with extremely ugly cheap plastic corners to fit on each end. We aren’t fitting our blinds in a recess, so we need coverings for the sides of the aluminium housing. These plastic fittings are cheap and unsightly - and what we were promised was a ‘solid wood’ matching colour pelmet and returns - this isn’t the case. Our returns were also not cut to size, and honestly, were almost all covered in dust. So I assume the factory expects you to cut them yourself? Not all that much work, but not what’s promised when you order. As mentioned in my shorter version, when I brought this up via the email helpline (don’t even bother with live chat - it’s just for looks and is fake), the company offered to dispatch six new pelmets for me to modify myself to work around the ugly plastic corner issue. However, I didn’t receive six new pelmets, I received four ones that were all a milkier colour than the original ones, and I received three returns, none of which were cut to size as promised. I should have received twelve cut to size - but this is a lesser point as I can reuse the returns from the original shipment, and just cut them myself. Furthermore - it took another almost 3 weeks to receive these - and if I ever hear back from them again, I’ll no doubt be in for another wait. Customer service and replacements are slow. Don’t trust what the website says. Finally, to top it off - after waiting a total of two hours in live chat, and a number of emails, I have heard nothing back from blinds2go in over a week. Avoid this company - their blinds are fine but identical blinds are offered by other companies such as ones on AliExpress, which are significantly cheaper, also custom cut to size, and even advertise the ugly plastic corner fittings, rather than lie and lead you on as blinds2go does. I’m not usually one to post these kinds of reviews, but unfortunately Blinds2go is more interested in ignoring me than solving this relatively easy to fix problem. Their initial reply was promising but hasn’t solved anything. I did receive a small refund of part of my order, but the time it’ll take me to fix their mismarketed pelmet is worth a lot more - so it also rings empty.

Ordered 3 blinds on the 1st of April only received 2... spent weeks on phone email and chat ... which has now vanished... still no missing blind after several excuses ... avoid this company ...I’m contacting my local press today

APPALLING. If you get what you ordered fine but if you have any issues be prepared for frustration and disappointment. Blinds ordered and delivered mid March. 44 two metre slats were missing. Slats were reordered and delivered mid May. Only 22 slats were delivered leaving me 22 short. I now have half of a blind which is as much use as no blind. Unable to get any response by e mail or chat with customer services. Their brilliant method seems to be to cut off all avenues of communication until the customer gets fed and quits. It works. After over 3 months I have given up any hope of a resolution to this issue. This is a common theme running down the poor reviews of this company. Why risk your money with this uncaring company when there are plenty of other companies who supply similar products and most likely have a better attitude towards its customers

Over the last 6 months have ordered several thousand pounds worth of blinds and shutters. Yes, hitches, but nice friendly customer ears services staff, real people, who sorted out glitch, and compensated me on next order. NOW! Where do I begin, order for blinds arrived one blind short. Only option was to have on line chat, no real people any more. I waited an hour, wondered what was going on, would have bothered but I wanted my blind, 'chat' person not very supportive, eventually said that it had been sent separately, no email, nothing to say what is happening. Sadly, would not order again, and more shutters? Sadly, not without having a discussion with a sales person. Blinds 2go? There are other company's out there, and THEY provide the service you USED to. So very disappointing.

Ordered blinds costing over £1100.00 back on the 19th April, my update stated that they were dispatched on the 27th May, when I tracked the delivery it states that they were producing a return label on the 30th May. No effort had been made to make a delivery and no reason given to why my blinds were being returned. I have made numerous attempts to contact blinds2go customer services through online chat, private enquiries, email and phone for over 2 weeks with nothing more than an automatic email reply to say they have received my email. I understand the current situation and that it why I have been patient. If they are open to take orders then they should be able to reply to my concerns. I am considering contacting PayPal to start a dispute to claim my money back if this is not resolved soon.

Placed an order on the 21st May and I’m still waiting over 3 weeks later for an update. I could have bought similar blinds from Argos that were cheaper and would have only taken a few days to deliver. I regret my decision buying with Blinds 2 Go as I originally only went with them because I’ve heard the quality is great but for the amount of time you have to wait for a single blind just isn’t worth it in my opinion.

I was initially told the delivery would be on 9th June, having originally ordered a black out blind on 23rd May. However this date kept changing constantly. I am 9 months pregnant and needed a black out blind for a new house I have just moved into, so now I have no blinds or curtains. I have tried to contact blinds 2go but no one gets back to me. There is not a phone number to ring, apparently because of the situation at present. Apparently there is an online chat service but I have tried this and no one replies. I have emailed them but again no reply.
