“I was happy with the cedar grey and Paoma wooden blinds, but the moonstone wooden blinds seem to have been made by totally different people, with no screws enclosed and a rubbish pelmet fitting of three plastic clips”

“Gr8 quality excellent fit and quick delivery and extremely good value. Lost a star because one of my blind cords was only 12 inches from top.I had to put old cord on so I could reach it without stepladder.the rest were doable.”

“Good product but I have ordered several blinds from here and have never received them in the stated delivery time. I have not once been contacted to say there will be a delay, customer service is non existent!”

“Good quality material however the bottom panel is too short. When blind is lifted the panel above overhangs the bottom panel therefore this will fade in the sunlight. I have had to alter the blind myself.”

“Made to measure blinds fit pefect and was delivered in a timely manner. However, I have purchased blinds from here before teice and both are different in the way they are made and hang, one being more preferred than the other”

“Samples were delivered on time. Delivery tracking of actual order was poor. The site should tell you how much space the open blind takes. In my case, I had ordered a vertical blind for a large window. If I'd known that 30 cm of the window would be blocked when the blind was open I wouldn't have ordered. I wasn't informed of this at the time of ordering”

“Delivery longer than expected and we should have requested a sample before ordering, blinds look quite cheap but only for spare room so living with them.”

“The blind is lovely and matches the one in the lounge below. Unfortunately, the delivery was a complete farce. We knew we wouldn't be in so I arranged for it to be delivered to our local Halfords. I received an email confirming this. We came home late on the evening of the original delivery day to discover it had been left with a neighbour. The neighbour left for their family holiday before we came home, so we had to wait 4 more days before we could put the blind up. Not impressed at all. Won't be ordering again.”
