They sent the wrong size and several missing pleats from my vertical blinds efforts to get in touch with them were met with a rude and unprofessional response It’s been over two months now I’m still waiting for my missing pleats

These are a nightmare! ordered 5 blinds, all came 2 centimeters too big! the slats are too long, been cutting most of the day! Total rubbish!

I ordered from this website rather than one if its rivals on the basis dispatch would be within 10-14 working days as indicated on the website. However, 14 working days later I have been told the blinds have not been dispatched within 10-14 working days; instead I have been told the the 10-14 working days is "an estimate and subject to change". For me, this causes huge inconvenience. For anyone else for whom a reliably delivery timeframe is important, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Poor Service, Placed an order for blinds for the living room window on 16th Aug, was given a date of dispatch between 3rd Sep and 14th Sep. Called them on 11th Sep and was told that the production hasn't started as material was out of stock. Had I not called them, I could have ended up waiting for weeks. No effort was made on their side to call and provide another option. Cancelled the order now, no blinds on the window. Will have to start the process all over again. Not expected from a company with 4.7 rating, seems to be overrated.

Have received 4 correct blinds and one incorrect blind. Despite begging for someone to call me to discuss and rectify, I am getting nowhere! I have received an email to say that you supplied the wrong size, and now you're saying that you didn't! WHY CAN'T YOU SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SORT THINGS OUT!??? I did get through yesterday and asked the operator to hold on for a second and they disconnected me!

Absolutly unsatisfied with Blinds2go, not only it was hard to communicate with Castomer Service stuff about date of my delivefy, had to wait over a month, but they came faulty. After instaling them they are not turning circulary! The company is not take the responsablity of selling faulty, demaged blinds but also asking her customers to fix it on their own. On top of that there are not cheap bliends!!! Covering yourself that it can happen during delivery is not clients problem! You should then make an afford and manufacture them inna proper way! Do not recommend thia company.

Absolutely disgusted, placed order on 2 July, expected delivery 11th August,. I had actually called to confirm the order and confirmed delivery will be 11th. Only to receive an email to say to they don't have the material I request in stock....

Horrendous company I ordered £650 worth of blinds for a new home. I was due into on July 18th promised them for the 15th (ordered during lockdown period) I got an email a couple of days before saying that they would be a delay by two weeks because of lockdown. I rang and explained I have nothing up at windows and have all brand new expensive furniture in full view he basically told me via email aswell as phone call Tough!!! I have to wait!! so then in two weeks delayed again till the 2nd of august then on the 2nd I’m told they are with courier it’s now the night of Friday the 7th of august and they aren’t here I’ve rang and rang emailed and emailed just continuously fobbed off terrible company please avoid!!! Go elsewhere for blinds

We are really disappointed and insulted with the service from Blinds2go. We are returning customers and once again spent many hundreds of pounds with them. One of the blinds received was incorrect and blinds2go solution was to offer that we BUY another replacement blind!!! To say this was an insult is an understatement! They would not even consider altering our incorrect blind even though it only required a minor alteration. Obviously customer satisfaction is far from their top priority and they did very little to help us. Really, really disappointing and we will not be using them again even though we planned the dress the entire upstairs windows using blinds2go. We do not wish to deal with any company who does not respect our custom or loyalty. Terrible service.

Purchased Qty 10 Perfect Fit Blinds for our conservatory, total purchase price was £720. Had the blinds fitted by a professional fitter. I have called him back five times since June, when he fitted them. Experiencing continual problems with the tension cords, popping out the clips that mount onto the metal brackets that slot into the window seal. Also continual problems with the larger blinds "dropping" a few inches on fully closing. Absolute nightmare, stressful each time you draw them because you fear they will pop out.

I would encourage everyone to avoid this company. Customer service non existent and always having to chase and very difficult to get issues resolved.

ordered 2 blinds for a 5 widow bay. Month later ordered 3 more blinds.....now been waiting 3 months for blind to come back into stock!!!!

Blind was delivered by a child who was dragging the box along the wet floor. He just dumped the box and left. The wet / damaged box resulted in a dirty muddy blind. In addition there are gaps in the “black out”.

Absolute worst service we could ever expect. The ordered was delivered 2 weeks late and to the wrong building. The order was just left in the communal area for anyone to help themselves to the goods and it’s been confirmed by some residents I’ve spoken to that the goods have been stolen.

Ordered 24 May 2020 , chased them up as delivery timescales had expired. Was given a new timescale which has also expired. Is anyone actually working or is this factory still in lockdown. The updates on my order appear online everyday at 6.30 in the morning which tells me they are automated and nobody is really checking. Still waiting for these blinds to arrive .

Will never order velux blinds again for Blinds2go. Took 2 of us 2 days to fit and we are not stupid! 2 of them are just about working O.K. but the one which is high up and requires the pole (which we also purchased) does not work at all. Every time we try and open and close it is comes apart. Have given up and now having to order a new blind form Velux. Slatted blinds from Blinds2go are fine and very good value!
