I purchased 10 venetian blinds. It seems that they don't sell blinds only but the person cutting it must be blind too. 7 out of 10 the finish that cover the headrail was bigger in 1 cm at least, I had to cut it. 1 the headrail was bigger 1 cm, but I managed to cut it using a knife, and 1 the headrail was bigger in 4 cm. The company will replace this one. Apart from these mistakes, the quality of the product is good. I just had problem with the measurements.

Discusting service. Delivered to wrong address and left so we where unable to transport as packaging was to big. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Poor quality roller blinds and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this site and would not be purchasing from here again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with j placed an order on the 2nd of January then to be told a week later after taking my money they are out of stock until the 1st of February. On the the 2 nd of feb I received a blind to which was the wrong size by 70cm in width after 2 days of calls and 4 customer service reps they ask me to take pictures of the blinds as they didn’t believe it was the wrong size. When clearly it was as the one I recover was only 59cm. In the end they agreed to re order my blind again. So a week later I ring up to see where my blind is to then be told it’s going to be March before I receive my blind. This is totally unacceptable so I have now asked for a refund which to be honest I am not hold my breath. This company should of told me from the start we’re I stood with the blind I ordered wasn’t in stock then I probably would of ordered something else. Please advise anyone to avoid this company at all cost

My blind was 210mm too short. And tuck them 5 weeks to sort out. Well ended up askin for my money back.. rubbish !

We placed an order on 12/11/17, it didn't get dispatched within the recommended time. The delivery was lost by DPD who advised Blinds2Go to open up an investigation to locate the parcels. I contacted Blinds2Go to explain what had happened, they said they will re-do my order and send it to production as "priority", the lady on the phone stated a confirmation email will shortly follow. I was very grateful for this. However, by the 04/12/17 I still was awaiting the email and the blinds. I contacted again, who said the blinds hadn't been made, and they couldn't give me an estimated time, but they could ask the production team via an email and would call me back. By the 11/12/17 I had contacted Blinds2Go a further 3 times, who said they still had no update on my order and not once returned my call. 12/12/17 I thought that I'd finally made a breakthrough, they contacted production whilst I was on the phone, who said they will be being made the week commencing 18/12/17 and an email confirmation will again follow. 14/12/17 I had not received an email, I contacted again and asked to speak to the manager. The "manager" had said they are unable to make my blinds until January, I questioned this as originally my order was 'priory' she said there is nothing further she can do. I was offered no compensation and not even an true apology of the pure service we received. She quickly said if you're not happy you can have your money back. And so I did. I am truly disappointed in the way my order was handled, I was promised 3 call backs and not one of them was returned.

Ordered 1 blind to start with and was pleased with the fitting so dececided to order a further 5 .... 3 turned up with the same fitting but then became a compleat nightmare with the last 2 . The fittings are completely different from the previous 4 and I could not fit to my windows , after a long conversation with customer services and getting knowwhere was stuck with 2 useless blinds 😡

Fuming is an understatement here. I have indeed received the blind but in a disgraceful condition, I have no idea how you continue to operate while using such an horrendous courier. See attached images – the box was a mess when it turned up to the office today, upon opening it things didn’t get any better, the packaged inside was ripped open and the frame of the blind itself is deformed. The tilt mechanism is also not working as the rod is completely out of place. It was that bad my colleagues were actually gobsmacked over its condition. Furthermore the blind has arrived extremely late - over 3 weeks since I placed the order on Sunday 24th September. I even gave detailed instructions of how to find the property (no other courier has struggled so far) on Thursday 5th October and was advised by your college he had spoken to UPS, advised them of the instruction and said it would be delivered by end of Friday 6th October. No sign of it again by Tuesday 10th October I called up again to express my anger, gave my work address as a new delivery destination… I still had to wait a further 6 days to receive it here – why was it not prioritised due to previous delays!? Overall I’m sure you can appreciate my frustration. I’ve waited long enough and to be honest I’m pretty much done with Blinds 2 Go and UPS, the blind is going in the skip and I shall be ordering from a company with superior customer service and one that operates with a more reliable courier. I certainly won’t be recommending Blinds 2 Go or UPS from this experience, in fact I shall be going out of my way to advise people of your shortcomings so they can avoid similar frustrations.

Very slow delivery, item brought is nothing like what is shown on the website. cheap plastic rubbish charged out a extremely high prices.

Outrageous service by blinds 2 go! Made an online order for a blind, promised delivery between 5 -7 days , 13 days later and no blind. Sent email enquiries with no response, phoned them for a second time today to be told they can't locate my order in there workshop! And if I cancel they will charge me scrappage for a blind I've paid for and they can't find in there factory!! Shocking service !!

I'm shocked and appalled by the customer service I received from this company and I have still not received my order which I paid for four weeks ago. Two blinds were ordered well in advance of the date I was booked to be induced to have my baby with an estimated delivery date well in advance of this. The final day of this estimated delivery I had still not heard anything from the company. I called and was told there had been an error in production and would receive them within two days. Two days later, no delivery. I called again and was told I would receive them the next day. Still no delivery. I called again and was told 100% it would be the following day. Again no delivery. I have called once again this morning and have now been told I will receive the order next week. This is too late. I have been lied to again and again and no one has even bothered to call me to let me know of any errors or problems. I currently do no have my order and do not even know if this company is legit as money has been taken but no product.

wrong blinds were sent, ALL 5, , ARRIVED 5 DAYS LATE, very hard to fit as there was a lintel above window and they fit from above not sides.

I ordered 7 blinds on 21/4/17. 2 were delivered 28/4/17. 2 more on 2/5/17 and then nothing. It is now 17 /5/17 and I have spent so much time on the phone chasing my remaining order. You email and nobody responds, you call and the put you on hold forever, they have selected a wholly inadequate delivery partner company who cannot seem to get it right. I have taken 3 different days off work to wait in for the delivery and nothing arrives. On 2 occasions the courriers said they had attempted delivery but I was not in, on one day I was the other I wasn't on neither occasion did they leave a card! I would suggest using another company unless you are happy to have the runaround I've endured. I ordered blinds from Blinds Direct at the same time and all sorted no problems.

Item was too short. Website didn't state to allow extra due to fitting of roman blind externally. Visible machine runs in fabric

Colour of blind provided was several shades darker than the colour ordered and unsuitable for purpose. The blind provided had a different name to the colour ordered but customer services will not accept they are misleading their customers. They are unhelpful in resolving the problem. This company also provided slatted blinds of differing lengths and using different colours. No quality assurance! Buyer beware!

a lot of problems with the courier, one of the blinds was damaged although replaced without too much fuss but did come with the wrong clips to install it, i would recommend anybody to avoid this company like the plague!

Refused to replace or refund money for vertical blinds that were too short. Had to get trading standards involved before they eventually replaced them. Very poor customer service and poor quality blinds. Would never use them again. Be aware that they will try and get you to buy the blinds again but offer a you discount in order to do this instead of offering you a refund or replacement.

The blinds arrived very quickly thank you, both roller blinds were not wide enough. We gave Blinds 2 go the measurements of the recess's so they could deducted the necessary for the fixtures however they deducted to much and both blinds were 3/4 of an inch short of covering windows. Very disappointing.
