“Although delivery was poor with items not being delivered at the date stated. I had about four separate orders, none of which were delivered anywhere near the original date. The shutters themselves were well protected when delivered and were fairly easy to fit/assemble. My wife and I are very pleased with the shutters. I was also able to fit them to our bay window which the company do not advise. It wasn’t easy but for someone with a bit of diy knowledge it was an easy fix.”

“I thought I would be writing a 5 star review based upon their price & quality but I have found their customer service & after sales support totally lacking. I purchased 5 perfect fit-blinds & 3 did exactly that & fitted perfectly but the brackets for the other 2 were not deep enough. I contacted Customer Service via chat & sent emails. I had to chase up the emails to get a response. I sent photos to show I had measured correctly & the only response I kept getting was ‘they should fit’, but they didn’t! They advised that I needed to purchase deeper brackets from another company. I spent hundreds of pounds buying blinds from Blinds 2 Go & to find 2 did not fit & told that there is nothing at all they could do for me & I had to purchase the correct fittings from elsewhere was so disappointing. They didn’t even offer a refund of the cost of the brackets from the other company. What I would say of Blinds 2 Go is - I’m sure they are great if everything is ok but if you need their customer support at all then forget it!”

“Ordering was very simple and quick and was happy with the price for my 3 perfect fit blinds. Were received within stated timescale and were well packaged. Putting together the first blind was a bit fiddly but once I’d done the first one the other 2 were easy and were also easy to fit, I’m delighted with my purchase and am awaiting my extension to be completed before ordering more blinds.”

“Delivered as promised, pretty easy to fit (though we did have to adapt slightly for our window frame as the screws we used stuck out a little too far for an unmodified fit - the measured sizes and delivered blind sizes were pretty much spot on, we just hadn't allowed for the difficulty of fitting in the window reveal).”

“I am very happy with my blind, I spent a very long time looking online during the lockdown period and I chose Blinds 2go because their website is easy to use and they have an excellent range of products. I am a person who previously would have not brought a product like this online but the samples I was sent and the efficient service mean that I am very happy with Blinds 2go and would use them again.”

“Really pleased with all our orders from Blinds2go. Kept up to date with delivery dates and very pleased with the quality. Ordering is easy to understand. As long as you can use a tape measure and are able to drill a couple of holes there is no reason not to order.”
