“Sent wrong length of runners and had a nightmare dealing with their custom services 7 different individuals and numerous e mails .. shame because decent product. But really need to train their staff”

“Not expensive but expect there to be no marks. But there was. Will try to get out otherwise will contact them. Also asked for the chain to be set for left hand, which it wasn’t.”

“We’ve now ordered 7 blinds over the last 3 years for a listed property. Impressed with quality for price and ease of install. Only annoying thing is not being able to set a profile/account which makes it easier for repeat orders and referencing previous orders.”
