“The blinds did not meet the agreed specification. I asked for both contols to be at the same (inner) end, but in fact they are at the outer end. Also, without warning, the type of control (rotating and sliding vertical-hanging bar) is different and I find inferior to the previous corded control. Aprt from that they are good and met the specification, and arrived very quiickly.”

“I am a returning customer - which speaks for itself. Very happy with their service and the Blinds are really good value for money. Excellent Customer Service - I wanted side fixing brackets but forgot to mention that in my original order. After an online chat my original order was retrieved and the additional brackets were sent out by 1st Class post at no extra cost. Amazing!”

“Roman Blind brackets not fit for purpose. Proved impossible to fit the header securely so eventually gave up and fitted curtains instead. £166 wasted. Very disappointed because delivery was prompt, size was perfect and the blind itself looked very good.”
