“This simple (yet expensive) roller blind took nearly a month to arrive. The blind is OK and the basic brackets are fine if fitting inside a recess but as they have no covers they look unfinished if fitted externally. The screws in the pack should, ideally, have been flat head screws not the counter sunk type we received.”

“We have used Blinds2go several times and found the Venetian Blinds to be excellent value. On our last order I inadvertently mixed up the Drop and Width measurements and after a couple of emails the Customer Account Manager made the necessary arrangements to correct the order and the blinds arrived promptly.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the fabric webbing on the blinds received. Thin fabric with threads pulled on all the connecting lats. However, having dealt with blinds2go previously I know if I raised the issue with them they would resolve the issue. As the issues aren’t visible on the face of the blinds we have decided to keep them.”

“The blinds I got were impossible to fit. I called the helpline who were not helpful. I sent emails to them& thus wasn't useful. I watched videos. The blinds are complicated to fit into the bracket, which can ruin your interior. Therefore I have been unable to use the blinds& it is a waste of money. Many others have had the same experience, from the YouTube videos& reviews”

“Order replacement Venetian blinds for the kitchen. The blinds are of a good quality and they were easy to fit and look great. Also ordered perfect-fit Venetians for French windows. The look great and add a modern touch after always having vertical blinds. They allow you to put the blinds at different heights and tilts so they are therefore, more versatile than verticals. They were a bit tricky to fit but they look great.”
