Firstly the delivery appeared to get lost in your system and I had to complain. The blind finally arrived after two weeks plus from ordering.
Quality of blind was good, but when I tried to order another one for an adjacent window in the same material some four weeks later I was informed that you no longer stock the same material. In order to get matching blinds I will now have to buy a further two, obviously not from your company.
I advised you of my problem but you were not helpful with your reply
