I received blinds that have no backing colour to match the front design so when there rolled up it stands out like a sore thumb (front black design print with a cream backing) I had to re roll the direction of blind from standard to reverse which now lets the light in - no point in ordering blackout blinds. The chain is awful it hangs like a birds nest and there where no tension devices supplied to at least pull the chain straight. I will not be using your services again

Blinds 2 Go failed to deliver our blind on time following their commitment now already 2 days say it could be another 5 days - not good service!!!!

The blinds do no stack up correctly as it should making it swing. I was also called after delivery that I will get a 20% discount on future orders which I was happy about but when I went to place the order they refused any such offer given. Remind you this was before we finding the blinds do not stack up correctly. When called the customer service they said they can only offer 5 % for the new order. Also the price for the same blind has gone up and they are not happy to offer the same price I bought my earlier blind. Overall not happy will look into other companies.

ordered 2 sets of blinds 1 set was fine and one set was made to small on the width 118 ordered and 116 supplied, had to pack them out to stop them falling out of the brackets, this was better than the hassle of returning them.

Poor quality cords, they're so fine blind doesn't pull up and down properly, when I fitted it I had to adjust one of the cords as the blind was about an inch lower on one side , also when pulled half way up the blind is sagging in the middle. Also the colour is not as it seemed on the website, I ordered brushed steel , over the years I've had several brushed steel blinds on this window as it's the kitchen, this one is more high gloss silver ... Very unhappy..????????????

I need to be clear that the ordering of samples, ordering of blinds was easy peasy and that we're very pleased with the blinds themselves (but read on). We ordered 5 blinds in total all installed fine but due to the installation height of one door sized blind (installed 3' off the floor) we were unable to reach the controls. We rang customer service, explained the situation and was told they would send a longer cord. But they didn't! We called back and were told that the order had been put on hold! During subsequent phone calls we were told that they couldn't provide longer cords due to the law on cord length. It didn't matter how many times I explained that the window was installed 3' off the floor, that I was 6'2" and couldn't reach the controls, all they could do was quote the law (which I fully understand and accept the need for) rather than look at, understand and deal with the problem. I was eventually asked to lie about the installation height and say that it was 4.5 metres in order to get the cord length that I needed. I wasn't prepared to do this so more calls followed. I eventually found got through to someone who actually looked at the problem and worked out that ALL of the other people who were totally preoccupied with quoting the law, had failed to double up the cord length. While I was waiting for him to call back I had arrived at the same conclusion, and had actually cakculated and written down the cord length required, which the customer devices agreed with. The irony is that the cord length on each of the oither 4 windows were actually below the legal height. So. Good kit, poor, frustrating customer service.

Delivery timescales not what their website stated, would not allow to cancel (without charging us) and offered no refund or apologies for the delays. Completely let down by them.

Terrible customer service. BEWARE make sure you give them a smaller window measurement than the size of your window by at least 2cm. Their 'allowance' for blinds inside the window is only 3mm which is nowhere near enough to actually fit the blind. We phoned customer services who confirmed this and said our only option was to trim the blind ourselves! Customer services had no interest helping with the problem.

Ordered samples for wooden venetian blinds on 10 Feb 16 arrived 15 Feb looking nothing like shown online. No graining was visible and was like thin cardboard. This coupled with other poor reviews means I'll pay a little more for quality products elsewhere and see goods first

Awful company. Don't waste your time or money. The product quality is poor and their terms and conditions are quite simply invisible which means you will definitely not get any refund or replacement. When you realise how poor the product is you will call to return and then be told that isn't possible. Do not bother. They need to appreciate that the market is competitive otherwise they will go out of business. Personally I hope they do

after requesting several samples and making a decision on which fabric to chose for my roller blind, I went online to place my order only to find the fabric had been discontinued. after several failed attempts to reselect an alternative on a webpage that does not work (ie. is non responsive and slow and defective) I gave up and went elsewhere. poor service online and poor service by phone. would not recommend!

Completely disappointed with the company. I ordered a wooden Venetian blind. The blind would not tilt and the pelmet is too big and will not fit into recess. I contacted blinds to go and was informed that it he issue with not titling was probably due to a faulty tilt mechanism and that it was a simple job replacing this part. I received email instructions as to how to replace tilting mechanism, ithe process appeared more complex than I had been lex to believe. I contact the company again to say that I did not feel. Indigent in replacing the part and requested a replacement blind. I was told this would not happen and my only alternative would be to return the blind and await for repair. This could take up to 2 weeks. I explained my husband works nights and he would not be able to sleep in the room without blinds up. Blinds 2 go would not budge. I even paid the additional £10 to ensure the blinds fits correctly. DONT TOUCH THE COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. I paid in good faith for a fully functioning product. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.

When ordering from your mobile device, there is no mention that they have a strict no returns policy on any blinds. This is not stated on the mobile purchasing process. A bit of a con I think when distant selling!

I ordered 5 x Vertical Blinds from blinds2go and received nothing but poor service & quality. When the blinds arrived after 2 weeks there was no brackets for all 5 blinds, two blind tracks were missing, the cord lengths on the blinds were different lengths and they did not send one half of the vertical blind louvers for my biggest blind. After contacting them via email as they requested, I received 8 face fix brackets through the post 3 days later. I am still waiting for my 2 missing tracks and 1 half of a set of vertical louvers 1 week later. I have paid over £240 for 5 blinds yet I have only got 3 fitted because the other 2 are non-existent. How Blinds2Go think they can just ignore paying customers with no response to my emails. I cannot stress enough how poor this company are! Shocking quality, poor customer service and thieves!

I ordered blackout blinds in the same size as previous blinds ordered with Blinds2Go, I received them and they were the wrong size. Spoke to Blinds2Go and they were helpful and said they could order the correct size for me. I then ordered them on the phone. Next day I got an email to say when my blinds would be delivered, great I thought, again really good service and get delivered pretty quickly. I was also told twice via email that I can dispose of the incorrect blinds I received, bit of a waste I thought but fine. Then i got an email a couple of days later to say I need to return the blinds, luckily I hadn't disposed of them as they advised me to do!! In that email I was also informed that I would have to pay an extra £84 on top of the £100 already spent. I was never told that I would have to pay extra and seeing as I had already ordered my new blinds and they were being delivered within a couple of day this was simply not acceptable. I spoke to a Blinds2Go advisor (the fourth person throughout this ordeal) who told me it would cost £160 extra on top of my £100, not £84 for two blinds! I cancelled my order and they advised that a courier would come and pick up my blinds - this was meant to happen yesterday, no phone call, no email - nothing! I am yet to get a refund and getting a little bit concerned now! Not a happy customer.

I used this service a few years ago for Roman blinds throughout our home .. The mechanism were too cheaply made to support the bigger blinds and broke not long after, the stings on the back kept disconnecting so was forever having to clip back in place .. Customer service did send out a new mechanism but again this lasted a few days and they refused to give me money back. The smaller blinds seemed to last longer 55cm x 90cm however you do get what you pay for and unfortunately for us we were on a budget and then had to pay again for new blinds else where I would definately pay more else where to guarantee better quality
