“Keep you informed and was value for money. First time I used them and will again. Also quick delivery.”

Helpful Report

“I purchased the Indorex Defence Household Flea Spray on Friday evening and it arrived on Monday so it could potentially be arriving within 1-2 days if it was not for the weekend so super quick delivery. This was my second purchase of the spray from the company as their price is very competitive and also the spray is delivered so quickly. I would definitely purchase from them again should there be any need in future.”

“Very easy and will be ordering again from this site best fat balls I’ve ever brought no breakage packed amazing. The plastic parcel bag was ripped I’m guessing someone wanted to see what it was being so heavy hoping it was a pricey item. But box and fat balls perfect condition all single packed inside the box. Such a great price as well. I have bought 150 fat balls in the past from other shops little bit cheaper but a lot busted so this was a better value for money. So we’ll be buying again all the time the price stays good.”

Helpful Report

“Not great and I won’t sadly be back agsin. Definite lack of communication. I thought the entire order was out for delivery (as no communication to the contrary) when it wasn’t. Direct4pets actually didn’t have the stock but didn’t bother to tell me until I chased it with them twice. Eventually this led to a cancellation of it & a refund & I was stuck scrambling to find the right dog food.”
