Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“I compared prices of Indorex flea spray on the google and found BCM had the most competitive price including free delivery on 3 x cans. I ordered online and communication was excellent advising of delivery. I was concerned that EVRI was to be the delivery company but they must have improved as communication re delivery was spot on. The delivery guy was bang on time, delivered goods to the correct address and goods were intact with no issues. Good experience thank you”

“A parcel sent by Direct4Pet was delivered to my front door by EVRI. I had not ordered anything from Direct4Pet. The Evri driver left the parcel outside my front door, presumably took a photo of it, rang the doorbell and ran away before I could get to the door!!! I tried to contact EVRI, but they will only talk to customers (No stars for them then) I tried to phone Direct4Pet to tell the about this, but only got a recorded message telling me to send them an email, so they don't want to talk to customers either. That is NOT customer service, by any stretch of the imagination.”
