Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“This is a scam company, avoid using. I ordered 550g of Copdock Mill fish pond flakes. The pack that arrived was 150g. They said it was a misprint on their website however it also shown on my invoice as 550g. Its still being advertised as 550g. They refuse to refund me because I opened the packet so I asked them to send another 400g or refund the difference but they didn't respond. I've reported the company to Trading Standards as they are clearly misleading and defrauding their customers.”

“Good customer service. However, had problems with delivery which was with Evri!! Suggest company doesn't use Evri as they are unreliable and keep loosing parcels. Puts you off from ordering. Black cats sent out a replacement with Amazon shipping, however, Evri then delivered the missing package so had to reject package from Amazon shipping.”

“I purchased the Indorex Defence Household Flea Spray on Friday evening and it arrived on Monday so it could potentially be arriving within 1-2 days if it was not for the weekend so super quick delivery.
