Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“Did a search for Add One as l have not been able to buy it for some months and always had it on repeat and Porus One which my cat has every day. Looked on my previous orders and realised l have used you many times before. So pleased to see you are selling Porus one with Add One free, so l have ordered 2 lots and have it back on repeat because when Add One was unavailable l had to use licky licks to mix with Porus One to ensure Ruby my cat eats the whole amount every day. The new site is very easy to use and l am so happy you are selling the renal meds for CKD as l have also ordered Pronefra which Ruby has in the evening, she won’t lick it from the bowl but will lick it off my finger , a little diva 😻”

Stay away from this company, they are 1) Incompentent 2) Not fit for business 3) Asked for a review before the item was even shipped? 5 days later their courier (EVRI) informs me the goods are damaged in transit and I would need to get in touch with them? Seriously? Dream on! I've asked for an immediate refund and told them they are a cowboy outfit. And that is the truth. Never again.”
